LOVE this one!! Working 3 times through the sets really creates an awesome focus and targeted workout for each muscle group! This full body workout was perfect 👍 thank you so much!!!
This was a wonderful workout! Three sets felt perfect and I liked that you didn't do all compound movements. Easier that way to concentrate on form for the specific muscles being utilized.
I love this strength workout, Heather. Thanks for adding which weights are recommended for the routine. I do enjoy that :) I didn't sweat but the burn is real. See you on the next video :)

I really loved the three round repeat- feels effective for strength!!! Thank you SO much. One small request from me would just be that move #4 in each set be a cardio move. Then it would feel like a total body push with more sweat! Grateful either way, Heather!

I did this one 2 days ago and girl it was a sweaty consistant and tough workout and one of my favorites❤❤❤ Thank you Heather for being our coach who has been there to help us get healthier and stronger
No pude aguantame las ganas de hacerlo. Muy completo justo lo que necesitaba para estos días. Pierna estuve con pesos por mancuerna de 20 y 25 LB cada mancuerna y utilicé normalmente 2, excepto en split. Arriba use 15 LB por mancuerna. Abdomen use 10 LB. Gracias HR lo amé ❤
