@@harrybarry2291 actually yes its a factory drag car much like the Drag-pak Challenger, both can be made street legal on how to do it youre going to need a driver side mirror, street tread tires, turn signals, driver seatbelt and a driver airbag. Then you should be good to go in most states. I think both cars already have headlights and tailights.
Demonology no doubt can drag race, but he's a overhyped RU-vidr. He tries to make drag racing look easy while representing mopar. We know for real that's it not especially when racing other modded and experience drivers. Too me he's good but not great.
He lost all respect from me when he tried to pretend like he was the only one who can race a demon. His viewers ate it up. And yet he ran the same times as every single demon there. Burnout, stage, foot brake, gas. That's all. It's an automatic with drag radials and launch control. Skill would be racing with the factory stock nitto tires but he just makes more excuses because all he does is blow the tires off. No skill.
He has occasional good reaction times though, I'll give him that. Bracket racing he'd do well, but in terms of quick ETs he's no better than any other demon driver.
Ther is no other production car in market with such a interest as Dodge Demon has, say what ever you want to say Demon it is such a great vehicle without any doubt and the best part it's never going to lose value, you built enjoy it, sell it and still make money that what hurts people the most.
The fact that people don't realize the demon is the 2nd fastest STREET LEGAL production drag car next to the 170 version is funny. The copo isn't road legal. The drag pak challenger would walk that copo. It's not like I'm a gm hater either, the cobra jet mustang is faster than the copo camaro but I'd take the camaro.
@@calebcripps2401GM smoked any slowpar. you do realize it’s an n/a car vs forced induction and it still got smoked put a supercharger on the Camaro and what the slowpars gona do l. Cry that’s what 😭😭🤣
@@kristravis5410and yet you see slowpars getting dragged by vettes on the street 🤡🤡. Mod for mod a vette will smoke any slowpar just in weight and you know it 🤣🤣
Yep, low 9s on motor. The car is getting a lot of nitrous soon. Those videos will be coming soon. In the meantime have you seen my other videos. Over 2700 sick races and other car stuff. Let me know what you think
Glad to see Demonology get gapped ever since he thought he was the shit for drag racing the exorcist and winning. Smh The exorcist camero was made to go fast on the track, where as the Demon is built to drag race. Both great cars but its comparing apples to oranges. Put Demonology on Nuremberg up against the exorcist and that camero would be would lap that dodge.
These COPO's come straight from Chevy set up that way. They build only 69 per year. Ya have to win a lottery system to have the ability to buy one. They aren't street legal at all, they don't even have a VIN number to register & put license plates for street use. Strictly for drag racing. The 427 naturally aspirated can run 9's if everything goes right & good weather/track conditions. The COPO equipped with the super charged 350 can run 8's in the right conditions. Of course that's with all the factory parts. You could modify them to make them even faster, but then it would be illegal to run in the factory stock class.
@@howabouthetruth2157 That's true about the modern era COPO cars but early COPO cars were often sold as street legal cars. Comedian Tim Allen, for example, has a 1968 COPO 427 Camaro. 1969, 1000 COPO 427 Camaros were produced.
@@sergeantmasson3669 That's not the point and you know it. Go back and read your very own words in your comment, you said: "No way COPO Camaro is stock". Do you see any "1969 COPO"s" in this video? NO, you don't. I know all about these cars going all the way back.........so you're not gonna teach me anything.
Funny. Like it or not the demon is a purpose built drag car also, obviously not on the same level. You would have a better argument if it was a hellcat.
@@taylorfingerson5409 Challengers are heavy cars Einstein. A regular Challenger is heavier than a regular Camaro... Sure funny how people brag about the Demon being a factory drag car, until another factory drag car smokes it... The copo Camaro is every much a street car as the Demon.. And I'm not some diehard GM guy, give me a hellcat over all of them. I have no use for a car purpose built for straight line.
@@lanejohnson7656 you’re about as smart as a rock. The copo is a dedicated drag racer eligible for NHRA Stock and Super Stock eliminators, the COPO Camaro is not street legal. Your desperation to have a street legal Chevy from the factory that could beat a demon or hellcat super stock or redeye at a drag strip is apparent by your ignorant comments. In other words your full of shit. Chevy is the slowest of the big three muscle car manufacturers.
Demon supposed to lose "blah blah blah I predict the future" copo had a bad start and still walked him down....omg r u guys serious???? Demon is a daily the cops is not. Dodge haters kill me
that demon aint no street car once you put that package on, street cars dont have skinnes and big ass slicks on the back like the demon, yes the camaro is about a 1000lbs lighter but its not even a 600 hp car if its the big motor one so that power difference makes up for the weight to make this a fair race, love both cars but demon has nothing for the copo and the jet, better get that drag pack challanger demonology
Dodge Demon that was raced wouldnt let the suspension go into track mode ..... and for the know it alls .... THAT MEENS ITS NOT GONNA have the correct weight transfer to the rear tires AND HOOK UP ON SHITTY NITTO TIRES !!!!!!
