There are many options here on RU-vid, but you are by far my favourite and the best at what you do. Your expertise really shines through. Don't worry so much about mistakes or the mirroring. I have not come across anyone else on RU-vid that even bothers to try that. You are so good at it, and the "getting even" is great. ❤

I just discovered you about a week ago! I’ve done 3 of your all standing workouts and I absolutely love them! I’m in my early 60’s so getting down on the floor and getting back up can be tough 😅

Great workout love the low impact and the options to make it more intense if I need to….not like other videos that say they will do low impact and only do high impact and it makes you feel worse than when you started. This is a great way to get started with cardio and weights. I felt so much better and stronger after I was done!!!! Can you do a video for abs….but like baby beginner abs????

If you feel muscle soreness after the workout I would start with just 3 x per week. If you did not you can either increase frequency (every day) or increase intensity (heavier weights and/or move faster for the cardio intervals). Hope that helps!

Like a full length stretch video? I would LOVE to! Those videos don’t perform as well so I haven’t made one in a while but I certainly need the flexibility work so it may still be worth it even if I don’t make any $ on it 😁
