1992 Bayliner Capri 2050 with a 3.9L 4BT Cummins in it. the engine was in my Silverado that I have videos of on here too it was over 400whp in the truck. The boat will do around 55mph on gps at 3800rpm, it cruises really nicely at 35-40 mph though. engine was pulled from my truck both turbos were removed and a single HE341 was put on. I'm running raw water cooling and the engine hasn't been marinized othe that some zinc thread in plugs. I think the only reason the Alpha is still alive is because I'm definitely not getting all the power to the water it needs more gear or prop to do that but I'm pretty content with it now.
Engine specs: highly modded VE pump, 5x16 injectors, ported head, PDR camshaft, marine style pistons, head studs, 60# valve springs, air to water intercooler. I'd guess it to be around 250-300hp now.
boat specs: It had a 4.3L in it, Alpha 1 Gen 2 1.47 ratio outdrive from boat with a 350, Bravo 1 30 pitch 4 blade prop.
