What happende of the actuator is bad and it wont open ever after u plugging the fuse. How else do i go about opening it?

I did this and it worked but then when I shut it it got stuck again

Sounds like it could be an actuator issue. Maybe look into that next

I had a similar problem. It worked initially, but then I tried to repeat it multiple times. It opened twice, then stopped working.

@@trailrunnercustoms I have SAME problem. Works once or twice with reset and then locks again. I dont know if I should try to replace Tailgate Actuator (69110-35090) OR Liftgate Multiplex Control Module (89222-35010).
