I do! I made an at-home lower body workout for athletes that may want to get stronger without jumping. But, I do jump with all of my lower body workouts to an extent*.

Should I do this workout along with other vertical jump workouts before or after my basketball workouts?

I would do this on your *off* days and whenever you're not doing legs! Definitely do it *after* basketball.
