Morning back stretch routine
Stretch your back and start the day off right: Julie shows 5 stretches to increase flexibility of your back, that you can do in the morning.
These back stretches work the muscles of the lower back, spine, and back of the thighs, up to the shoulders.
Each stretch lasts 30 seconds: once you have memorized the movements, you can start the video: each stretch is timed and a gong sounds when you can go to the next stretch
