my best deadlift off the floor is 455 and I also did 500 off a rack right below my knees and held on tot he bar for 10 seconds after I locked out no problem, I do however like the idea of pulling off a plate ... ill be trying that next workout Thanks for the tips hope your doing better

Gonna do some of these tips for my Dl, got 200kg but now I'm gonna go for 220kg in 20 days. Do multiple rack pull and medium 4-6 rep Dl with 180 and some hamstring and ass work. That's my goal for this month. Go 100 or don't bother!

Hi Brandon, I recently saw a guy at the gym do 4 sets of deadlifts in an hour. 135,225,315,405, three of these were obviously warm ups. What are your thoughts on rest time? I'm thinking if you need reps to build muscle, than you also need to keep your rest time down to a reasonable amount of time as well.

I rest 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on intensity. I get in, get out, and go home.

Brandon Lilly I know this is completely random, but what do you know about antibiotics and there relation to tendon ruptures?

kickenwing30 I know the Quinolone drug class (levaquin) has had caes of tendon ruptures tied to it. only antibiotic durg class (that I know of) to have this associated to it.
