Please experiment with a curry recipe without coconut milk. A recipe with precise measurements of cashew cream or other alternatives would be sooooo good - Love u Guys x

Is the is in your BOSH book? and you think it a good idea to get a scale to weight you amounts? I've notices you do this very often.

hey! the Thai Red Curry and Rogan BOSH! are in the book, others are on our website :-) we suggest getting weighing scales to measure your food, but you can get them for quite cheap. x e

Cashew milk would work as well. To make your own just soak one cup of cashews overnight (or boil them for 10 minutes) then blend with three cups of water. Use whatever amount the recipe calls for.. for a thicker/creamier milk, use less water (you can always add more liquid, but you can't take it away). Hope that helps!

Would most love a curry recipe that does not include coconut milk or coconut yoghurt, do you have any substitution suggestions? I can’t wait for the release of the new cookbook next April. Do the recipes from your new cookbook contain a lot of coconut oil, coconut milk and coconut yoghurt? Thanks Bosh....

you could sub with cashew cream (blend up soaked cashews) if you're allergic to coconut or don't like it? That will thicken it up nicely 😊we have coconut milk etc in a few of the recipes in the new book but not that many x

Raw okra ... Hmmm not really advisable. Very nice presentation and colours. You used a lot of coconut cream. It is more South India style. Maybe I can sub soy milk and coconut flakes for the coconut cream. I'll try.

found your channel and am enjoying the videos but would suggest you post the ingredients in a different corner than where you advertise another video as you block out the info regarding the recipe one is watching ... quite annoying. Subscribed but hoping for more videos with ingredients that are more common worldwide... thanks for sharing your recipe ideas
