These delicious soups are PERFECT for winter. These soups are tasty, healthy and comforting. Plus they're 100% plant-based and vegan.
These soups will fight off your winter colds as they're packed full of veggies, legumes and grains. They're high in vitamin C so super healthy for you and bound to help your immune system fight off those winter colds.
These winter soups are great to meal prep as well. Simply make a big batch of delicious soup at the start of the week and enjoy for the next few days! Remember to store in the fridge.
We love to serve soup with a delicious sourdough bread. You could also serve with a side salad, or add rice or pasta to bulk it out a bit. Although these soups are packed full of grains which naturally fill you up anyways!

I love that you don’t make your soups too thin and watery. I find in most soup recipes I use half the liquid called for. As a side note, I think in the last recipe I am going to use cauliflower rice instead of the florets.

These do look yummy and healthy too. There should be some sort of service where you can get some brought round, either frozen in cubes to go in your freezer (fill up the freezer at beginning of winter) or piping hot in a wide mouthed insulated flask. Imagine that, there you are, ill in bed, or snowed under with work, or freezing cold working outside & you make the call & then a nice man or woman brings you hot soup, (complete with a spoon if you need it) to wherever you are! Magic! This has got to happen. Hey Bosh boys please start this service in Totnes. Lots of vegans here!

I think it would be good if the service also offered a choice of rolls & nut, lentil or tofu balls, for extra protein for those who are working hard!

@@labellakym I know what cilantro is. But the Bosh boys are from the UK and "cups" is a US measurement so perhaps it should be US followers that should do the converting. Or, radical notion, they use both! Thanks for chiming in Kym.

@@simoner9432 I dont think it is really a problem with this video because the measurements don't need to be precise for soup-making. People will be altering the amounts to suit their needs anyway, so it's really just to give an idea of preportions. It would matter more for some other types of recipes though. Some recipes do need to be more precise or the whole thing will be falling apart literally!

Does anyone know do we have a "soy cream" equivalent or substitute here in the states? I have only seen soy milk (of course) easily available in the stores.
