About Me - I’m Andrew Major, qualified and accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist specialising in Solution Focused techniques, a highly effective form of therapy which helps clients with mental and emotional struggles. I completed my training with the renowned Clifton Practice, the leading Hypnotherapy training school in the UK obtaining a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, (DSFH) and I also completed and was awarded the prestigious Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), considered to be the ‘gold standard’ hypnotherapy qualification accredited by NCFE which has measurable learning outcomes that have been benchmarked at Level 4 (using Ofqual’s Qualification and Credit Framework). I’m registered with professional bodies, (AfSFH-Reg, MNCH-Reg, CNHC-Reg, MNCP), and I’m committed to the highest standards, following a professional code of conduct.

As usual thank you for the lesson! I was suffering form very bad generalized anxiety recently to a point where i would sometimes have multiple panic attacks daily for multiple days at a time. It has been a great challenge, but through reading and learning more about anxiety and what it implies, I was able to get to a state where i can fully identify, understand and manage my anxiety. Your hypnotherapy sessions helped tremendously through these moments and gave me instant relief and sound sleep on multiple occasions and I cannot express how grateful I am for the resources you provided! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

What do you do when your anxiety is not around a specific thing, but more generalized? Maybe that gives me an advantage in that there's nothing that I can avoid to stop them, but my anxiety moments tend to come on randomly, out of nowhere.
