These are some great tips and have been trying most of these but with the damage I've done to my mental state recently with alcohol i have no choice but to wait for mostly time to heal me. I need to be free of fear 😢. As for relaxing music you'll find some good therapeutic ones from computer games. Heres 1 for the evening before turning in. Final Fantasy 7 remake - Jessies theme. We're all different, but generally I always recommend to my clients, listen daily for the first week consistently, because repetition is the key to success when it comes to conditioning your thinking and building new habits of thought. After the first week, you may choose to listen every other day for a further three weeks and then after that just as often as you feel you need to. Each time you listen you will benefit from the relaxation hypnosis provides whilst strengthening and reinforce the positive suggestions in your subconscious mind, so as with anything it's practice and repetition that creates change.
