This is the first “that girl” video that makes sense to me. Being “that girl” shouldn’t be based solely upon our looks but more on our mental, physical and emotional state and constantly growing in that respect. This is great advice. Thank you. ❤️❤️
GUYYYS, I have a coupon to this digital planner and I feel like it was literally made to help be that girl or the best version of yourself. It has a top 3 priorities list, to do list, 5 minutes journal which has I am affirmations and gratitude journals. ITS PEERFECT. Find it on Yaqueens on Etsy code FIRST10 for 20%OFF
Girl, I don't know how to even put this. Thank you for bringing some brains into the fitness videos and promoting healthy things such as reading and investing. I have been watching your videos here and there for gym motivations but this video finally got me to subscribe. Well done.
I’m in love with that girl cause with simple words she gives important messages and not only for a fitness side but in our life. Create habits to invest in our mental and physical health! Love youuu Sophie 🦋
I get you comment, and I agree we shouldn't aim to be "that girl" (or any other girl) but to be our best self, and these advices definitely help us to better ourselves so I'm still grateful for the video lol.
I can totally relate to the acts of service, I love cleaning or organizing and I have never understood how some could keep a journal or write down their thoughts, I tried it so many times throughout the years and just didn't like it and finally decided to just do what made me feel the happiest.
Haha I have 4 and think 5 or 7 can be enough or at the very very least 10 over consuming is not good for the planet therefore us but for Sophie it is for her work so I guess it is different ☺️
I think “that girl” isn’t toxic it’s just a way to become your best self earlier than you were involved to becoming that girl is also truly hard but you could also wait till it is time to get into your fitness beautiful body so it not toxic it’s just a different view of you but in the same body
Omg, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS VIDEO AND I LOVE YOU SOO MUCH MY LOVEEE !! Thank you so much for this beautiful video !! I’M EXTREMELY PROUD OF YOU ALWAYS MY QUEEN!! I just took the quiz and I’m a lion! Makes sense, I’m SUCH a morning person. I’m making my husband take it when he gets home because he HATES mornings & doesn’t come to bed until 1-2am every night lol.
So I got bear for the test and I don’t know if that’s right lol I mean it is, BUT I like to get up early and workout at 3:30/4 am and start work and then go home for the day in the afternoon, relax, have a glass of wine and go to bed at 8:30/9 pm
I dont want to be a it girl but i want to be that WOMAN! IM A MOM of two wild boys . So im awake at 545 am daily . Im so glad i found this series. Deff going to watch all of em
@@nancygreitsch4084 Yes but it treats your brain into thinking that you have to become someone else in order to be happy. It could easily be called "becoming the best version of you"
@@nancygreitsch4084 And i think is refereed to a person or an imaginary person that is perfect ,perfect realationships, perfet mental healthy, perfect body and in general a perfect life
this is random but i was wondering how to maintain muscle? it is just that i’ve been lifting weights for the last few months for only 2 x a week but i look too muscular and bulky. Would a way to avoid bulk and only maintain muscle would be to progressively overload or does that only apply to building muscle? do you know if higher reps and lower weight is better to avoid bulking up? lol sorry i just honestly don’t know what would be the best for me to do especially since i don’t want to quit weight lifting. if anyone has suggestions for avoiding being too bulky while still lifting weights, advice would be appreciated haha. and pls don’t say that women can’t become bulky because EVERYONE WOMAN IS DIFFERENT and some women like myself become bulky when lifting weights. it honestly all comes down to genetics and bone structure
Hi beautiful 😍 I am not a professional or very educated in this matter but I am quite quad dominant and I love weightlifting. In order to not be too bulky for my body type what works for me is doing cardio(skipping is my go to) after weight lifting. I am not sure if that’s something you have tried or will work on you but I am just simply sharing my experience💕
I know this is a typical man comment but you are one of the most beautiful, cool, and real women I think there is in the world 🌎. #dream girl. #stunna. Keep killing it 💪
I understand women are your target audience, but I’m a man and I watch your videos for dietary guidance and physical inspiration. So mayyyybe at least act like you are talking to everyone.
This channel is the only fitness channel that doesn’t trigger me to binge eat!! You have such a healthy relationship with food and watching your videos really help me!❤️❤️
Why does other fitness channels trigger you? I mean, in what sense? Most of the time I end up binge eating because I'm stressed, fought with my bf, when I have lots of things to do, when I'm worried about something, anxious, etc. But when I watch fitness channels I just wished I hadn't binge lol, and kinda makes me want to move my ass and try harder.
1. Know your sleep chronotype! Plan according to your personal schedule. 2. Eat and move more! Eat food, that makes you thrive and feel energised. 3. Know what your self-love language is! Fill your cup to spend it. 4. Be mindful, who you take advice from! Most people tend to wrongly evaluate their own skill. 5. Investing! Reinvest to grow capital over time, the sooner, the better!
I totally never thought about how your love language plays a role in how you show self love too. I totally relate! I value acts of service and as often as I try I just don’t like journaling even though I do have a lot of thoughts in my head.
Literally my favorite “that girl” RU-vid video thus far and I’ve watched like 30 lol. I love that it didn’t feel like a regular vlog and that you did a voice over. I also loved the added hint of motivation/ pep talk 🥰
