I have eaten mash at least 4 times a week for most of my life, I watched my Gran make it, my Mum make it, my Aunt make and I have used the same way as they have done, never in my life have I saw it made like this! Over the top! But the right spuds and no grits in it, mash with real butter and some double cream. It comes out perfect, garnish with parsley. Always Use Morris Piper potatoes! Perfect for Mash! Make sure starch is washed off after chopping or it taints the taste!
Its just so good to watch them do it and listen to them even though I know I won't make anything they do. Well not anything I tried this recipe. Turned out awesome. Thank you Get Curried !
Chef your mash is over mashed it's become like slime . And mashed potatoes are not meant to go directly on to a hot pan ,the warm liquid is to be added to the potatoes. But I still am a fan of your segment in get curried
