It's absolutely crazy what kind of nonsense some people spout. It is biologically absolutely impossible to train a certain proportion of muscle fibers. Either the entire fibers are stretched and then contracted or not at all. 3 minutes in a biology book is enough to understand this.
Some exercises hit certain muscle groups differently such as squats they hit everything but rdl hit the hammies more or leg curls hit your quads more calf raises hit your calf muscles more than squats would even tho they get worked when squating I dont know why people (Gen z babies) always think they know everything do yourself a favor & just hush as what you wrote tells me you dont lift heavy which is why you are hating get a life man commenting from mommies couch
It’s crazy how well known Simeon is in the fitness industry and people will look at this as credible (great chest workouts) but hitting “inner chest” isn’t a thing and I couldn’t agree more
