Strength training is key to getting the most power out of your movements. FightCamp Trainer Coach PJ is bringing you 5 exercises using a kettlebell to improve your #boxing and kickboxing. Before doing these exercises, be sure to properly warm up and start with a lighter weight as kettlebells can be complex and you want to prevent injury. These moves will strengthen your legs, glutes, core stability, shoulders, and wrists to help you produce more power in your movements.
