After two years of nearly no physical activity and almost dying from Covid, I just looked at your video, and I'm going to try this chair yoga tomorrow!!! You're welcome Leslie! 🙏🏼💗 I'm happy it helped relieve shoulder tension! I'm sorry to hear about you having sleepless nights. I've had those due to work stress and did a lot of Yoga Nidra that helped me with insomnia and sleep deprivation (deep relaxation guided meditation aka "yogic sleep"). After 2 years of pandemic living and almost zero activity, I am making an effort to get my body moving again. Honestly, it took me all day to just try watching this video; that is the level of resistance that I'm starting from. I found this short session easy to do, and I started to feel better after less than 2 minutes. Thank you for sharing this. 💜💙💚

Loved this! I have a lot of health issues (RA/Lupus etc) and have a lot of fusions / joint replacements so I didn't think I could do this. I adjusted some positions but thank you so much! I'll check out other videos !! Namaste.

Hi Beckie! You can skip the forward fold and gently lower your chin towards your chest for a stretch in the back of your neck, for example. Or take another stretch that you enjoyed! Let me know if that’s helpful.💗

I love your style of teaching! But as a viewer I found this video a little too quick. As though I didn't get to fully feel the stretches to their potential, and I felt rushed. Other than that, I enjoyed the motion of the stretches.
