Here's a simple, daily 5 minute ab workout for women over 50 to say goodbye to that pesky belly fat!
Hormone and menopause belly fat is hard to shift, but if you do this mini belly fat blasting workout daily, you'll really see a difference. As I say in the video, you also need to focus on your diet, and every other aspect of fitness in order to really tackle middle age weight gain.

What's your opinion about using ascorbic acid to make vit c to sensitive skin?

If you have sensitive skin, I'd try a gentler form of Vitamin C. L'ascorbic acid is very effective, but it can be too much for those with sensitive skin.
