I’ve been doing this almost every morning to help with anxiety upon awakening. I hope to be even more consistent with it to see what kind of results I can get. Love to all those struggling with anxiety ❤️

I love grounding meditations especially if I can’t go outside to meditate to ground myself or do outside activities. It helps balance my energy and body I get anxiety from not sleeping enough hours or too many people’s energies are surrounding me it can feel a little overwhelming. Thank you 💚🌱

it be nice to have a version of this were it assumes the listeners feet are not able to be on the floor becase of injuries or other resions becase i stuggle with ankle stability ishues and they havwe to be propped up to make sure they dont get worse
