I’ve been doing this almost every morning to help with anxiety upon awakening. I hope to be even more consistent with it to see what kind of results I can get. Love to all those struggling with anxiety ❤️

Thank you so much for this. I have really bad dissociation episodes, and in a panic during one of them I needed relief. I found this video and I immediately felt back in control of my body. Thank you so much.

I love grounding meditations especially if I can’t go outside to meditate to ground myself or do outside activities. It helps balance my energy and body I get anxiety from not sleeping enough hours or too many people’s energies are surrounding me it can feel a little overwhelming. Thank you 💚🌱

This guided meditation was so calming and unique! I loved moving my arms and hands like a little tree. It felt very soothing.

I made it three minutes until I had an allergy attack, let's try again haha. This is so calming and peaceful, this really helps me reduce my anxiety so, thank you from the bottom of my heart

it be nice to have a version of this were it assumes the listeners feet are not able to be on the floor becase of injuries or other resions becase i stuggle with ankle stability ishues and they havwe to be propped up to make sure they dont get worse

Does this have to be done outside? Last time I did it outside bare footed, but now it’s too cold outside to go barefoot.

You can do it at home on the floor with a wall support with crossed legs. I do it that way! All the best!
