hi everyone ,if anyone else wants to learn about exercises to do with kettlebells try Renkarter Bell Fitness Report (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.
*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*
After 2 straight days of this workout I FELT IT STRONG in my legs and lower part of my butt & a little in my arms. Awesome. I'm gonna stick with it. Definitely building strength.

An excellent suggestion. I do similar exercise and I feel I’m set for life. People try too hard and often not being able see that not everyone needs workouts fit for bodybuilding competitors. If you eat right, this is all you need.
Would love to see more of these, especially with this instructor. I'm finding KB really handy during the pandemic as my mini gym and weight-loss jumpstart, but would love videos to use with it. The shorties are great.
Meg C I agree! This is the best quick yet effective beginner/intermediate workout with a kettleball I’ve tried during the pandemic! The little resistance bands just don’t get the burn for me like this did. My knees hurt a little with lunges so I modify that move. I did this video 3 times with little breaks in between. Loved it!!! More like this PLEASE!
Meg C I also live in an apartment and this was amazing because I didn’t have to do much JUMPING (people downstairs) and I didn’t need a ton of space but I felt the muscles activate. awesome instructor!
@@katjimenez6901 So true with the space restrictions. I love how you can take them or use them basically anywhere, as long as you can lift the weight. And it's nice that they don't take up much space when not in use. I've been loving the kettlebell in conjunction with TRX lately too. Woot!

I’m going to add this to my normal workout routine. I do chloe ting challenges but I feel like I’m missing weight lifting, so I’ll add this to the end of each day
The workout seemed fairly simple but using enough weight it actually made for an ok workout. I’m not sure how often the instructor in the video works out a day, but the muscular definition in her body is phenomenal and perfectly balanced. So whatever her daily/weekly routine is plus whatever her diet is, her body workout(s) she is using obviously has amazing results because her body is practically perfectly fit.
Did this for the first time today as I didn’t have time for a full workout. Managed to do this one twice back to back and I am sweaty. Added a quick abs workout and now feel like I’ve accomplished so much! 😅
I just did this work out after not working out for years. I hade to take a 5 min break at 1.5 minute mark but oh man it good for people working their way back into working out
Hi! What size did you use? I am a guy and am training with my gf! I could only manage this session with 2 lb KB and it was so hard to swing it and my arms just gave up 😟My gf used 24 lb KB

I just tried this, definitely feel it in my legs already. I couldn’t do the side lunges & the last exercise. Is there a way to build up to it? I guess I’m in as bad of shape as I thought I was in! 😂
We love trying new things! There's cardio dance, HIIT, kickboxing, yoga...you name it we have it! Plus, we're always trying new things, so we're constantly adding new workouts we love for our girls!

March 8, 2024: This is a great little workout for days when you don't have the time or the energy for a full workout, but you don't want to feel guilty about not exercising! 👏🏽💪🏽
My fitness obsessed brother just bought me a 10 lb kettlebell and says that’s a good starting weight. I’m going to ease myself into the workout though as I’m a beginner at lifting anything lol

Thank you for showing this workout and these exercises, but really there's NO WAY i will do the last one with a free flying kettleell over my marble floor 😅🤣🤣🤣 May i change this alternate fly to a two hand swing? (just for the sake of my home, of course 🤣🤣🤣)
