I've been doing leg lifts wrong this whole time! I know the whole keeping my lower back to the ground but I always thought I had to get my legs as low to the ground as possible. Then my quads end up burning like crazy, but if I bring my legs up once that gap starts to form then boom all abs! 🙄
As many as you want to go, til failure of form. Ddon't try to keep count, just pace yourself accordingly until you tire out and feel the burn. Everyone is different.
