*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

I'm new to kettlebell exercises. What weight do you suggest I start with? I just started my weight loss journey 2 weeks ago and have been using 6lbs dumbbells so far. Thank you! ☺️

I've been doing leg lifts wrong this whole time! I know the whole keeping my lower back to the ground but I always thought I had to get my legs as low to the ground as possible. Then my quads end up burning like crazy, but if I bring my legs up once that gap starts to form then boom all abs! 🙄

How many rounds every time?

As many as you want to go, til failure of form. Ddon't try to keep count, just pace yourself accordingly until you tire out and feel the burn. Everyone is different.

To start out you can do three rounds and then depending on your tolerance if you want to go until failure like the other person said then you can
