I watched your kettlebell full body workout for beginners yesterday and did the whole workout. I have not properly exercised in a very long time so I'm very out of shape and needless to say my body (mainly legs and glutes) is quite sore from the workout yesterday. So I wanted to work out but mainly focus on upper body today. You are VERY motivating and make me want to continue pushing it. Your tutorials are very beginner friendly I'm just very out of shape haha. I'm so grateful to have come across you, you've got a new subscriber and I must say THANK YOU. I needed someone who was motivating to help push me.
Hi!! Loved the workout it for sure gave me a good sweat and i felt it good in my arm muscles. I have a question: how do you do the windmill excersise safely? I find it quite scary cause i feel like i might snap my wrists when doing it. My kettle bell is 6 kg.
Hey Olivia that’s amazing and some motivation you’ve got to get up soon as I uploaded on a Sunday and do them!! I loved this five minute series too - even though they’re not long they work up a sweat don’t they?! I’m glad you enjoyed it 😁 X PS I have another four or five of this series to upload throughout the week
What weight were you using and what do you suggest to determine the amount of weight we should be using for our own personal level? For example a lighter or heavier weight? Tia
Hi Sally! The yellow one is 4kg and the blue one 3kg - if I was doing this without narrating I would have probably use 5kg or 6kg I think is best suited for this routine. I don’t own any beyond 4kg either to be honest I need to broaden my set - I switched to 3kg for the renegade row as I find the exercise in particular very challenging. Hope this helps! X
it’s my 6th day following this workout & already feeling my arms are getting stronger & toned, the best thing is I finally being able to use my 4kg kettlebell which I bought 2 years ago, thanks Nikki❤️
Hey Chippewa, I’m using 4kg for most of it - it’s the heaviest one I have I need a heavier set. I would suggest 4-6kg for this routine. Although it is very individual so drop down if 4 is too heavy and push up if 6 feels light 😊 X
