Hi Schelea..I had a great workout thanks with 3 of your videos this morning Stretch 10mins down on the floor which I generally struggle with so I just improvise some of those movements .Then I did 10 minute Arm Bat Wings & 30 minute Walk exercises I Absolutely love doing those..🥰 So thankyou soooooo much for your Gentle & Encouraging Videos I always look forward to every morning /day when I can.My heartfelt Thanks to you Schelea for helping make each Day a Happy one!! Thankyou, during lockdown, at 52 years young, I ran from a toxic environment and found myself falling into a dark place, having been quite fit and positive minded prior to this I stared to feel aches and pains not before experienced. Hi, I just did this 5 minute warmup, as it’s called but it is also brilliant as a regular exercise routine- Best 5 minutes ever! Especially to fortify is for the day but for life itself, too. Anyway, after reading your comment, I wanted to say best wishes as you stay removed from whatever that toxic environment was..!!! Been there myself, and after almost 20 years free from it, by which I mean him, I can say you will look back and MARVEL. at how great you are💐.
Hello Beautiful Ladies :) I have only discovered Schellea and I am amazed by her. I do this warm up twice a day - before work and after work. Then I choose belly fat burning sessions, or leg strengthening sessions, balance exercises and so on. I just love my sessions with Fabulous 50s more and more every time I am here :)

I can’t believe how wonderful I feel to finally have a routine and encouragement that fits me! I have a computer/ office job, so I’m sitting for 8 hrs a day. In this last year I my my efforts to get up and move and stretch are getting more and more painful. I have always known atrophying played a big role which is a double whammy when I’m trying to lose weight. This was fantastic and doable! And the best part is that you emphasize the fun factor, and You encourage to slow down and keep moving rather than “keep up” to achieve that enjoyable workout. 👑Just did this 5 minute warmup, a huge favorite! So grateful I’m home so I’m free to do these today. I’m about to do the other 5 minute warmup~ Complememting these with outside walk time, then giving myself the gift of choosing legs snd/ or abs routines in here. Because yes, they make me feel amazing AND I have seen absolute improvement in my physical fitness. @@fabulous50s you are so sweet. You are a real inspiration. I have downloaded all your videos and got rid of other non fabulous 50 videos. Keep up the good work. I am 59 and have been an aerobic lover for up to 45 years where I was slim and felt and looked good. Then I had a knee injury and they had to operate. After that I did passive exercises. I stopped being a teacher end of 2017 and the weight just piled up. I am small built and gained 10kg. I have lost my love for any form of exercise, but you brought it back. I am so unfit, and know it will come back. It will take longer because I am not so young anymore! Thank you for doing this. ❤️

Thanks Schellea, you've done it again! I'm going to tag this on after the 30 minute routine, it's just perfect. Unfortunately, I've been laid-up for the past week after over-doing it (went for a too-long walk). I have a chronic pelvic prob (pubic symph nerve damage) in addition to a neurological disease - get's v difficult to not "over-do" things when I get going. Swimming is the most tolerable thing for my body but all the swimming pools are closed, even our local sea pool and my home pool isn't big enough for a good long swim. Anyway, that's why I love your workouts because they're so doable for me. Hopefully I'll be right in another couple of days. All the best and thanks once again x
Did this today and loved it! Kept me moving the whole time. Could definitely be a workout rather than warm up if you're just beginning to exercise. Thank you for creating these helpful and realistic exercise routines for us 50 somethings.

Gotta tell ya something. When I started doing this particular video I could not do the star jumps because of sciatica. It really hurt and was un-doable. Although I love this warm up I really dreaded the star jumps, but I learned the correct posture to do them. What an amazing difference. I had to work myself up to do all them because i had to learn to hold a certain posture (using different unused muscles) while doing the exercise. Now I can't wait to do them. This is very big in my little world.
I normally have knee pains and gave up exercising but finding u on u-tube 3 days ago really helped and not once did I concentrate on my knee pain thanks

I love this! I was very poorly 2 years ago and then was just well enough to go to a gym this year to increase my strength, then lockdown happened 😪 I've not done any excersise but thus will really help me. So pleased you posted it. Thank you ❤

Hi Shell . Am you fan ,doing all your exercises every day for the last month and loving it. . This dance moves is great but they like aerobic dance moves. I just wanted to ask you for some time , can you do us video with dance like disco dance floor moves , for us 50 somethings...😊 ? I just recently found myself at the party , when i was dragged to dance floor to dance , but was just standing there like a stupid cow, not doing much. Really wish to learn a few moves. Watched young girls on RU-vid showing how to dance but didnt feel connected to them, thinking Shell can show us better and it be specialy for us Faboulous 50th Please please please....😁

Hi Schellea I live in San Diego and will turn 70 in December. I started exercising with you a few months ago and I can't tell you how much I love it! I always feel better afterwards both mentally and physically. My husband encourages me and has even exercised with you a few times! I want to go into my 70's feeling the best I can!
