Macros for the WHOLE Bowl:
473 Cals, 48g Carbs, 14g Fat, 40g Protein
Ingredients:
40g Old Fashioned or Quick Oats
30g Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder (I use my brand Flex Brands)
12g Salted Caramel Protein Cookie Butter Powder (Vegan one!)
10g Powdered PB
3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
200ml Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
15g Mini Chocolate Chips
No Bake OREO Protein Oatmeal Cookie Dough
Macros for the WHOLE Bowl:
456 Cals, 52g Carbs, 12g Fat, 39g Protein
Ingredients:
40g Old Fashioned or Quick Oats
30g Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder (I use my brand Flex Brands)
12g Brownie Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder (Vegan one!)
10g Black Cocoa Powder
3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice

I found a trick to add volume to make this more legendary so 20 oats u cook the other 20 uncooked this will add volume make it super legit

I loved those wise words on doing what you love! The absolute truth. Recovering people pleaser over here, I'm also a nurse going to medschool because that's what I love doing! My favorite spin off of this recipe would be a red velvet version of this with white chocolate chips and maybe even a white chocolate cream cheese frosting to top it off! My mouth is literally watering.

Salty/sweet would be awesome! Either caramel with pretzels or “chocolate covered” pretzels. Also, adding a fruity dough like strawberry pop tart or strawberry covered chocolate. I love to add frozen strawberries and coconut Greek yogurt to my chocolate protein powder shakes!

For anybody willing to try, instead of 200 mL of almond milk or any other milk of your choice add 160 ml instead. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes let it cool down then add some protein ice cream on top or even just a fat free whip topping. It goes from cookie dough to a nice chewy cookie / brownie. Your welcome

I made this for the first time last night, and had it this morning after my workout. I gotta say, it's absolutely unbelievable how good this stuff is. Thank you so much for the recipe! Keep up the great content. Edit: Made the Oreo version, didn't have reduced fat oreos so I swapped 'em for Mint Oreo thins. Macros are slightly different but mostly the same!

1st off...THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!!! Your recipes got me through my last contest prep and are about to help me through another one before nationals in december! I make your 44cal cookies almost every night to keep me on my diet and up on my protein target. If I am selected, I would love the slow churn vanilla and either oatmeal cream pie or pumpkin pie cookie butter. I love the snickerdoodle cookies, but usually make the chocolate chip.
