Really appreciated the simplicity of this meditation. Thank for saying that we don't even need to know WHY we're saying "thank you." I tend to get very lost in details like that and this was so freeing, not to have to try so hard...That just a simple "thank you" is enough. 💗💗💗

Those disturbed with a peaceful, silent, mindful dog... just close your eyes... or maybe take this opportunity to learn mindfulness... from the dog, animals are great masters too.

Keep the dog! And bring it more times! As in real life, sometimes we can meditate with company and calm down our buddy's 😊

This is glorious, I've been looking for "spiritualism guide" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Banulian Lonameron Breakthrough - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my cousin got great results with it.

My intention was fun! I'm having fun today. I visualized walking over to my bfs place, listening to happy music. It's a great walk over in nature. Than I visualized being with my bf. Watching movie, laughing with him him, and ordering in sushi. This made me feel joy in my heart...and excited to have fun!

I started the meditation, got into it very quickly and did it twice. Because I meditated with my eyes closed I had to watch it a third time to actually notice if there was a dog. I don’t care if you had a fish, dinosaur or a leprechaun with you. I still would close my eyes. That’s a hint to others who are distracted by the outside 4D world.
