Thanks Cody for what you do! I am grateful for you! This is very valuable information. I used to call myself a "lazy lifter" compared to the intensity I do now. I stayed at the same weight, didn't rest much, would stop soon as I felt uncomfortable and just didn't challenge myself. It has to challenge you in order to change you. Now I do the exact opposite of what I was doing because I'm tired of looking like I don't go to the gym! I push much harder now and rest much more! The results are finally showing!
I needed to hear this. I'm definitely too conscious about perfecting form, which means I don't go heavy enough, and I don't go to failure....AND I do a lot of supersets because of time 🤦🏽♀️
