Very good information bro. I got into fitness about 4yrs ago from a life of drugs and alcohol. Ive been doing school with ISSA and only have my final exam left to get my certification as a personal trainer. I also got a youtube channel I jist started. I had been looking for some detailed information on periodization for fat loss and your videos have really been helping me out. Keep them coming👍👍👍😶
Great video, Corey!! Do you happen to have a video going over nutrient timing and hormones? I know this is guesswork at this time, but I’m trying to figure out how to maximize testosterone production for growth. I’m taking DHEA, Boron, and D Aspartic Acid. I was trying to find out the best time of day to consume the D Aspartic acid. I know testosterone is higher in the mornings I believe, but so is cortisol. Do you have any thoughts on that? Or anything you have read? Thanks!!
