Very good on the leg info, re turning using the hip, and keeping the knee safe. For I was feeling pain in class.

Hi Andrew ! At the very beginning of that move, when you rotate the right foot/leg inside, do you keep even weight on both feet or is there a little shift of weight to left leg? And also on the forward push ,you rotate the back foot on the heel, when other teachers rotate on the front of the foot: what's the difference ?....or pros and cons? Great videos!!!! thank you!
