Solution to Mirror Vibration: Pelican foam strips (pick-n-pluck) stuffed into the gap behind the mirror helps reduce the vibration a TON… I used about 8-9 in each mirror, and it is golden now.
I see you bought from plano Kawasaki. This is where I would have to get mine if I bought one, 2022 model. What has your experience been like? dealership plus the bike ownership experience? I'm in Dallas but worked at Central Yamaha for years in the beginning 2000's, and before that Plano Honda and then I worked at AMS Ducati Dallas as their internet and general purpose do-everything guy for a year.
@@RETMoto Still own the bike and everything good? I see that you have gone through some issues but Aprilia stood behind their vehicle. Do you still love your RS660? Have you gotten bored with it or felt you needed a different bike? Do you know/heard any news that Aprilia addressed all the shortcomings of the new to production 2021 model?
I still have my bike and still love it. Probably won’t sell it anytime soon. It does have a lot of issues and parts are always limited and takes time to ship… I feel like that’s part of owning this machine. I don’t feel like I need another bike as of right now. I still have warranty so It’ll depend what happens between now and when my Warranty expires next March.
This bike is comfortable however the ninja 650 is way more comfortable, i wld still chose the rs660 for the technology i.e cruise control quick shift auto blip and more hp but if ninja had the exact id chose the kawi
