@@s_.3637 I believe so. I've been told by quite a few people that generally men don't stop growing until their early 20s. Obviously not the same for everyone though.

just follow what he is saying, also start taking detox from gadgets it helps a lot, sleep at 10ish wake at 6 or schedule it according to your school timings, don't keep yourself awake for no reason watching social media content. I'm 6'1 (186.1) and my father is also 6'1 and my is 5'4.my dad's dad was 6'4 and 6'1 for my mom,how tall will I be when I'm fully grown and how tall will I be by 17?
@@bigdraco7967 oh sorry sorry, i mean to say. If you try with maximum effort, proper diet, proper exercise, sleep well for 9-10 hours then you can achieve 6-7 inches more height.
i love the fact everyone wants to be taller, and yet my genetics have let me grow to 6'2 at 17 so far, according to doctors (had to go in one time for an x-ray cus of back pain), my height will be about 6'6-6'8 if i continue growing at the rate i am until im 21, cus 21 is the limit age to stop growing, at the minute im growing about 7-8 cm annually, which is fast, hence my back pain.

Depends a lot on the stretches you do and your age. Even so, you still do have a pretty high chance of hitting 6'2 if you're willing to do all of that with no cheat days.
@@isxndy Well not really, everything that was said in the video are the only ways as far as I know. Genetics play a huge role in your height, if you're not 21 or older, you have high potential to get taller. At around 21 males stop growing.
