Here are 5 tips to reducing anxiety that I have found helpful along my recovery and grieving journey! Smoking and caffeine have caused so much anxiety and I am trying to eliminate both from my daily routine.
Self care and taking care of your body play a big part in how you feel as a whole. It has helped me relieve any anxiety or overthinking. It can seem overwhelming at times but in the end, it always makes me feel better. Finding distractions and doing things you enjoy are also helpful when you are feeling anxious. It might be as simple as going grocery shopping to take your mind off of what you’re going through or simply taking a walk to get fresh air.
I decided to get stated on my packing for Arizona early so I’m all ready to go! I’m so excited for this vacation but also a little sad the weather isn’t going to be the greatest. Going to make the best out of it and enjoy my time away from home before starting my new journey at my externship for school.
