Listen to your body. Overtime you can hold longer but only push until its safe, for now. If it's easy, hold for 5 minutes at least.

s a self-taught yoga practioner, I'm glad to say I have discovered and regularly use all the poses except the last one . good find. I have a book on yoga I want to read soon but the buddhism stuff is pretty heavy and just haven't had the prana or whatv

i have really bad blood circulation in my legs so every time they hurt i put my legs up the wall so the blood can come back to my head

@@ritulalchandani8555 well it doesn’t really increase blood circulation, it just relieves the pain from bad blood circulation. when i’m standing all day my legs and ankles swell up because the main big vein that brings back up the blood is deformed. if it really bothers you or if you have people in your family with varicose veins, i suggest go see a phlebologist. they will help you better than me!

I would love to be able to do the first position, but I once did something like it and had a vertigo attack and ended up in a hospital. It was awful!! Now I have a fear of doing positions like that. It truly sucks!!!

Stop eating junk food,alcohol,smoking. Drink wheat grass juice it helps curing poor circulation. Do these yoga poses. Drink beetroot, or ginger juice. Drink warm water.

Start by holding for at least 30 sec to a minute. It should be daily plan of your workout I hardly takes 10-15 minutes
