IMHO, NYPD in Manhattan are absolutely abhorrent. When I was there on vaca for family holiday, every time I got off the subway and headed to my hotel there was always at least 2 fat cops with their utility belts just-a dangling. Shit made me disgusted. That is not how Law Enforcement should be seen. Fat italian new york cop slowly walking around with an unsecured belt. You could probably throw a rock infront of him and then run and he'd pull his gun because he cant chase you. Absolutely pathetic. The ones I saw in TS and the surrounding areas - Grade A LEOs.
