Furious Racist Assaulted & Robbed of Phone

4.9.19 | by Adam LoudlabsNYC | The video shows assault/robbery victim with a bloody face in furious racist tirade yelling at officers about the individuals who robbed him. Officers calmly try to help the man and suggest he get treated by EMS. He then goes into the ambulance then comes out screaming. He gets restrained by cops suggesting he's a danger to himself/others and puts him back in the ambulance to be treated and transported to an area hospital. It happened around 5:30 am on Tuesday, at West 43rd St & 9th Ave, Manhattan. The victim was treated for his injuries at West 43rd St & 8th Ave, as seen in the video.

You can, but not when you're considered an EDP. At that point, he/she needs to be medically evaluated; It is done for the pt's own safety.

I don’t blame him I would be the same exact way!!! He’s pissed off he was robbed, don’t need to be so much officers… he did right getting off the Ambulance he’s the victim 🤦🏽‍♀️ if he’s not under arrest but he’s being detained until he calms himself down I can see the issue..
