Real talk, there were a lot of sidequests in this game, and you're expected to remember they exist, instead of having a sidequest log. Also, about Ultra Wormholes, even without the motion controls, it still feels weird.

As much as im aware you were trying to just make a funny nitpick style video, some of these things are actual genuine issues with US/UM. Framerate, handholding and drawn out tutorials that cannot be skipped are annoying, especially with most of the game basically being a 1for1 copy of original S/M. I'be yet to get to anythign new, cause the game is so boring to me, since i basically allready played it.

This game is so frickin slooooow. And SO much wasted potential. I mean: somebody tells you that you can accidentally enter other worlds and there is just a 2 meter long path and a pokemon to catch. Nothing else. And why did they design this otherwordly city so grand and spacious, but all paths are cut of with some shitty fences, so this stupid, noring tower remains the only thing to reach?!

I can't help but think about the mindset of Nintendo while making this game. "Okay people. We have a problem. I'm glad they put in a Kantonian Gym in Ultra Sun/Moon but it seemed too easy.

Things wrong with ultra sun and ultra moon by me. I only played Ultra moon for now. 1. You need to pay money to challenge that kantonian gym and you need to wait until the next day to challenge it again. 2. Controls of the ultra wormhole are annoying, most of the time I get sucked into the wrong wormhole. 3. Legendary pokemon don't always appear when you go to a wormhole with 2 rings on it. 4. Omega Ruby Maxie and Alpha sapphire Archie aren't in the game and their admins aren't in it either. Well atleast you still have the original Maxie and Archie and its too bad that they don't stay for a very long time in alola, It would be great if they stayed for a vacation and if you can have them as a partner at the battle tree. 5. I agree with the no new alolan forms. 6. The rotom dex scanning a new pokemon when you encounter a new pokemon is one of the annoying things. 7. No Items to put your mega stone in it. 8. Only Team RR grunts but no grunts for the other evil team leaders in the game. 9. Maxie's annoying puzzle. 10. The Meowth statues. 11. Lunala and Solgaleo are still shiny locked. 12. Ultra Megalopolis looks small compaired to the islands and the Aether foundation. 13. Ultra Recon Squad could have been a new evil team but no, it seems that they are good. It would have been awesome if you could have fought Ultra Recon Squad grunts and admins in ultra Megalopolis before you can battle their leader. 14. After you captured Necrozma and you go back to Ultra Megalopolis there is nothing to do there. 15. I agree with the Team RR episode beign short. 16. No Looker mission. 17. Hau because he's annoying. 18. Showing a new mythical pokemon in the trailer but you can't get it unless its a event code just like they did with Marshadow. The only way to get it for now is powersave or PKHEX. 19. No mythical pokemon encounters. 20. Those blue orb things in the ultra wormhole. 21. Faba doesn't have a team 5 pokemon and also doesn't have his own room when RR takes Aether foundation.

I actually love gen 7. It brought a bunch of new things to the table that I loved even though I have gripes. Here's what I loved. 1. The trials: I loved how the trials gave some of the characters more detail and how interesting they were. I like gyms but they always seemed hollow. You go in, challenge a person who Introduces themselves, beat them, and your done. You might see them around some time before or later but you can connect to the trials because they have cool puzzles that are memorable and then a cool boss battle at the end. 2. The z moves: z moves were a breath of fresh air especially in competitive battling. Instead of playing a stale game with regular moves, you can pull off a z move which could turn the tide of battles if used right. They are like a Trump card and while I like mega evo more, I got to admit z moves were a good idea. 3. The story: story in pokemon has never been this deep. In the past you battle gyms and defeat the league while in this gen you beat the trials and the league while battling a team and finding out the mystery of ultr a beast and they connect to the story. There is more depth. 4. The difficulty: everyone complains about hand holding but I don't mind it when the game is so hard. You can be put into impossible situations with the awesome sos calls, and the difficulty of the trainers and totems In the game. It's a good step to difficulty from the easy past games. 5. Judge: my favorite is the judge. Instead of going to a guy who says a sentence that you have to look up to figure out, now you can check moves and pokemon out yourself with a graph on stats. It's no longer confusing. That's what I liked and while it's my opinion in not forcing these. I hope gen 8 takes notes from this gen and uses some ideas as well as making new ones from this set up

Great job on 300’000 subscribers! Your the one who got me back into Pokémon and into RU-vid. Ever since I saw your ghost girls in Pokémon video about 5 years ago. It made me remember encountering them in my childhood. And it was the first time I saw X and Y and that blew my mind. You are such a great RU-vidr. Never stop making videos

The only issues that I have with the games: 1) The Ultra Recon Squad. They look like villains to me. I mean, just how they look and the different locations that they appear in give off red signals to me. But nope! They're just people from another world whose light has been taken from Necrozma. If you're gonna to do something new, then maybe take out the Aether Foundation and replace them with the URS. 2) Aether Foundation. We don't need this. We don't need to battle them again. Just make them allies, not opponents for me to beat and waste my healing items on. Make Lusamine an ally and not another person to beat down, same with Guzma. Just focus everything on the URS. 3) Team Skull. To be honest, they are not that bad, but again, they just drag me down. It was fine in the original, but bringing them back to give me something to do, it gets boring. I could've visited Po Town if there was an actual problem at hand, not for some Pokemon rescue mission. Guzma could've been a great ally, but no. He was just another wannabe villain who wants to beat me up. 4) Ultra Meglopolis. I WANNA SEE MORE OF THE CITY! 5) Like you said, Brandon, the controls for going through the Ultra Wormholes are terrible. 6) Team Rainbow Rocket. I was ANTICIPATING about this since the trailer. And, to be honest, I was left feeling empty. I wanted more of it and it would've been great if there was more interaction with each villain. But, instead, it was just going through puzzles and battling Grunts. It wasn't that great to be honest. 7) Faba. DOES HE REALLY NEED TO BE MORE OF A DICK?!?!?! Aside from all these issues, it's a pretty okay game. Not as great as the original SM, but it's nice to see it being expanded upon.

The tutorials and slow moments really killed gen 7 for me. I could only play through the original sun and moon once bc getting through the beginning was so unbearable. Playing through ultra sun reminded me that gen 7 did have a pretty good story, but it took so long for me to get to said story and feel really invested.i also really disliked the trial system. I'm not opposed to change but the change has to be good. The game would have been much better off with gyms. Who wamts to do a really long and tedious berry picking trial in a Pokemon game that is necessary in order to continue? Or a sound quiz or memory game. The trials were super dumb. I really hope Nintendo lay off the tutorials in whatever is next and bring back gyms

i agree with most if not all of these points...it's mostly disappointing how long it takes to get to the ultra parts of ultra sun and moon and then they're just over in less than an hour, like c'mon nintendo get it right

Problem is... that it's mostly the same. Yeah there are a few new features like the photos and the surfing, but.... there really isn't enough. While the others didn't make much of a change either, at least in Emerald and Platinum had a bit more explanation and they had the end game, which is the Battle Frontier. In Black and White 2, not only were there new features added, but it was an actual sequel. In fact.... it's the only sequel to the lineup of the main game. All the other problems from Sun and Moon carries over and even more problems were added I would only recommend if anyone DID NOT play Sun and Moon. It's a good game.... but as a game where you have to redo the whole thing again.... I wouldn't recommend it.

Honestly I had some laughs with this video. But I actually found 19 real problems with this, and Hau is three of them. My most disliked Pokemon rival to this day, personality-wise.

I hate how people overhype the shit out of Ultra Necrozma. Even with the +2 in every stat, other Pokémon (such as Dialga which can wall out Necrozma Ultra’s “Light That Burns The Sky” Z-Move) can 2HKO Ultra Necrozma. Also, what if Ultra Necrozma didn’t have the +2 stat boost?

I am glad that they changed the ending so that Lusamine wasn't the final enemy boss with that freaky jellyfish form and instead made it one with a bigger threat, more challenging and with a badass theme song to go with. That and Lillie staying in Alola to spare the feels was a godsend! :D

To me with US/UM is one holy shit of a cash grab so bad, the fandom gets cringy, REALLY BAD. My problems with it? 1: Tutorial. It's slow as hell and gets really boring, after it? You lose all joy in playing it, having to wait. 2: Necromza. Dare I say? Well I will anyways. It's a very terrible Pokemon and the concept with it. The plot for it is completely confusing and down-right horrible, "OH NO, ITS STEALING LIGHT CAUSE IT NEEDS LIGHT TO SURVIVE, WHAT ARE WE GUNNA DO?!?!?", What were they thinking? It sounds really bad! Even it's design is terrible too! I feel like this Pokemon should have never been in existence, the fandom gives it a bad name, like with many other Pokemon. 3: Festival Plaza. We all know Join Avenue was better, and a lot more easier to go to. 4: Characters, seriously. They just made 4 new ones and give them no meaning, just wander around, talk about some boring shit, then leave. What is the point? And let's not forget the overused, clichéd yawning other characters, such as Lillie. 5: Team RR: My god was it a big disappointment. I expected a lot, and I mean a lot, but what did I get? Boring puzzles, cliché leaders once again, wave of grunts that were uneeded and Giovanni's boring goal, AGAIN. This had no potential at all, at least if they added EVERY single villan in his, like the spin-offs and kept the character how they were, it would be interesting, and something different than puzzles. 6: The whole region. I mean there wasn't anywhere new to go, nothing really that cool to discover, just seeing the same ol' region of how it was. 7: U-Solgaleo/U-Lunala, what in the ever living shit is THIS lazy horrible concept? I won't say more but you know how shitty it is. 8: Cutscenes, they were taking forever and seemed really lazy/took to long and made me wanna just sleep. It looked horrible and didn't feel right enough, or should even be needed, I mean hey! The past cutscenes from old games took less time and looked ok! But this? It's bad....mkay? 9: it's cringy fanbase. 10: Z-Moves and the Trials, they took to long, seemed boring, stupid mini tasks to do, very boring battles with terrible expected mons. There is my lil thing about it, what are yours? Remember these are my opinions so please respect them and have a nice day!

People are saying they are going to continue the main series on the switch. No, no they arent. Pokemon are called pocket monsters for a reason. It was meant to be able to connect with your friends and siblings with an affordable pocket device. If they decide to come out with a new hand held, they shouldnt end pokemon on the ds quite yet. Diamond and pearl should. Just like how red and blue started on the game boy, and ended the gameboy, DP started on the ds and would only be fair if it ended it to me
