Interesting... I wonder why Bethesda made that decision. Was it to add challenge to the hero and make being a pirate easier? No wonder that the UC military keeps losing battles if this is the state of their soldiers.
Conclusion: the only competent UC marine is the player character, should he choose to join the UC. 😂😂😂 Rumour has it, UC sysdef is even worse. But the crimson fleet is more fun anyways 😈
