Get in your steps with this 30 minute walk-at-home workout! Today's LISS (low intensity steady state) cardio workout is all standing and knee-friendly, plus it's great fat-burning movement for you! And NO REPEATS, so don't worry about getting bored. :)
Full body step workout - the number of steps that you get is determined by how fast you move your feet, especially during our "walk in place" breaks.
If any of the moves are too hard, drop your arms and just focus on moving your feet.

Just 3500 steps. And I felt like I kept up with Camille in the video. Just using my Apple Watch to count the steps. I love the video even if I didn’t get as many steps though!!

As a mum of 4 in under 10 years I can't tell you how grateful I am for you guys. After trying rigorous exercises after my first 2 children amd not being able to stick with it i thought I'd never feel fit again. You and your husbands channel helped me see it's not about 2 hour gym sessions it's about healing and fitting in some ''6 minute dr core workouts'' around day to day life. As I do this workout surrounded by drying school uniform with my sleeping children and husband I say thank god for you both and for all the work you put in for us mamas

Loved this! Now that it's too cold to walk outside, I need workouts like this to replace my walks on non strength training days.

Hope you don't mind,did this on a treadmill, 3 miles an hour pushed up to incline 9 and slowly took incline down again.

Mixing up the incline adds a whole new level of challenge and targets different muscle groups. Keep up the great work!
