How would it work because I run 50% over injectors would the pump push enough fuel

I think cummins/ivceo makes a 6.7 12v so you may be able to use those postons and keep it a 6.7 instead of sleaving it to a 5.9

What about injectors/spray pattern and pop off pressure if running a complete 08 6.7 long block converted to P-pump?

So with a 12v piston does it make it a smaller displacement? Like 6.4? Also what head is used in this conversion

When you drill the new holes what is the depth that you are drilling into the block?

You mentioned using "case sealer" rather than the gasket for the timing cover. Is there a particular brand / type of sealer you use or are you just using RTV silicone?
