I'm kinda faceblind myself and I'm kinda the odd one out, pun intended, in that I still don't see that much similarity with their faces. I'm really bad with noses though, in particular, so I think the whole nosejob thing is throwing me off a lot maybe? Idk. I'm, I'm bad at faces gah... I barely recognize celebrities tbh. I'm like, the type of person who only remembers faces if I spend years round them, and even then my imagination goes from hyperphantasia (so realistic imagination to the point you can borderline hallucinate shit) to aphantasia (no mind's eye) specifically with faces. I can't imagine my mom's face, it's just not something my brain can do. I've spent 18 years near her and I can sorta put like 75% together, but it's largely missing pieces and kinda blurry and vague. Faces are weird, man. The only parts of the face I care about are eyes and eyebrows. (It's also why I can't really understand why people get so frustrated with talking to others in masks. I mean, I get it, everyone has their things, but for me, I never look down at noses or mouths much, most emotion, imo, is shown in the eyes and eyebrows and stuff, so it seems illogical to look at the other parts of the face. I never seem to remember eye colors though...)
