My favorite thing about these videos is that 9 out of 10 times, Cody’s first guess is correct but then he changes it at the end and gets it wrong. But then he still acts like he was right and hypes himself up
@@agathacranapplebottoms6181 No, I don't think it ever depends. It's funny at first, but then everything they've been doing and are still doing gets more obnoxious by the minute. Anyone who thinks otherwise probably gets drunk, tipsy, or high all the time and believes they're the funnest person in the room when it's just their skewed reality 😂 Source: I've literally never been under the influence of anything except sleep deprivation, but been at family gatherings and my best friend's house. Even he got on my nerves as the night would go on
@@britch7286 damn that's kinda how I am when drunk. good thing I usually drink alone. 😔😔 Edit: just now realized that I don't go around smelling people's breath so yeah, nvm. I'm solid.
Hey Cody, my sister was “the mole” (sober person) in this video and she passed away over a month ago. Thank you for inspiring her, she loved you so much. She was so excited when she saw this video.
RIP to your sister! Appreciate the memories you had with her. I’m happy Cody Ko has been able to inspire and just make peoples days, it’s awesome. I truly wish you all the best!
Facts, I watched her smoothly perform that and get up with no stumbling or difficulty and was like, yeah no. If she had 2 mimosas, 4 shots, and was just straight drinking out of a handle she would be plastered at that point.
Cody: "It's not like one of these people is sober for life, they're just sober right now." Sober girl ends up revealing in Jubilee video that she never ever gets drunk.
Can confirm as a shy person, when drunk, I am in fact still too self conscious to dance in front of others. Dancing in front of the bathroom mirror though? That’s a different story.
I haven’t finished it yet but as a British person, i can fully get why the Brit didn’t dance, no matter how pissed I am I can’t bring myself to dance 99% of the time
This woman told us that she had: - 2 mimosas - 4 shots - 1/2 bottle of tequila They should've known it was her as soon as she said that. Also, if she was drunk when she did the splits, she would've actually shat herself
Yeah, that's an insane amount of alcohol. She would not be standing upright with zero problems as she says that. And she is not slurring like the others. That tipped me off immediately.
"As a sober person, it's really hard to act drunk." John Dunsworth(Jim Lahey from trailer park boys) has entered the chat. That man could act like he was pretending to be drunk and sell it. I honestly can't even comprehend that he was not drunk filming that show, he was so good at it, except the one time where his character wasn't actually drunk. For that scene alone, you could tell it was acting.
the funniest part of cody having his old haircut back is that noel said “we looked like bitches. we should not go back to that hair.” and now cody’s back to square one lol
Cody is the mole. He said he hasn’t drank but is acting like that tipsy friend at a party that pretends to be drunker than they are. You can’t fool me mate 🤪
Clearly Cody has never met a girl that can do the splits because they do it about every hour to remind people they're able to. The most annoying type of people honestly
Cody always calms me down when I'm having a bad part of the day. I was just constipated and was freaking out cause I couldn't poop. Then the homie started making me laugh and shit. Thanks cody
As someone who always drives to whatever party is happening, I can tell you that it is pretty easy to act drunk around drunk people, because they are just so unaware of everything that isn't right in front of them. AND they just assume everyone's also drunk so I have to remind them that I'M DRIVING YOU HOME LATER LISA
as someone who went to a party school, drunk people love doing gymnastics 😂 also, they probably voted first guy out bc he just kept promoting the drink and that kind kills the vibe
I got it right from the beginning. I caught a glimpse of her "Look guys, I'm so drunk" face within the first few minutes. It really IS hard to pretend to be drunk. It's not just acting belligerent and clumsy, there's a weird subtlety to it.
I knew it was the girl in the dress the moment she said “I’m drunk” in the lineup lol. The only reason she got through is because everyone was drunk as hell 😂
See, I have to disagree with Cody. It would be incredibly easy to do this because the people you're trying to fool are drunk. They'll believe an over the top performance over a more subtle one for sure.
how great would an episode where theres 1 drunk and 6 sober. everyone obviously can tell who it is, but they play along just to watch the drunk think they're winning.
One of my most embarrassing moments in my life was faking like I was drunk when I was pressured into drinking around 12 years old. It gives me chills to this day, especially since I had never been drunk before
Oh my god i was pretending to be drunk to text a guy in high school and im so embarrassed I spelled everything wrong Now that im 26 it takes me forever to type so i can spell everything perfectly because I don't want people to know im drunk lol
@@clairefmack I dont remember specifically because I've been so embarrassed i've erased it from my mind but I know i was stumbling and talking "drunk". Lol makes me uncomfortable to even think about
Cody trying to be all logical with his sober brain while the actual game is being played by a bunch of drunkies lol When you're sauced out of your mind you can't really tell who's faking drunk nor do you even care 😂
i never drink because alcohol just makes me sleepy and sad so i’m always the sober one, and it’s honestly not that bad. i’ve had my days of going out and getting obliterated and don’t miss it at all because i can actually enjoy a night out and remember everything. idk maybe it’s just me but i really enjoy being sober lol
Cody: "No drunk person would be too self-conscious to dance. I'm sorry, I don't think that really happens." Me: Has only ever had full-blown panic attacks when heavily intoxicated and being pressured to dance with friends 🙃
I have a generalised drunk person personality at a base level. Nobody can tell if I am drunk or not. Police always expect me to fail breath tests, but that is because I'm brown too. And it's like, I just came from crafting at my friend's house with peppermint tea dude.
Hahaha same I'm just really giggly and excited sometimes Edit: omfg how are people in denial about skin color affecting frequency of being stopped by the cops? I'm white and have literally been ignored by cops who decided to harass my brown and black friends who were right next to me. That shit is real. Come on guys.
Weird, normally in drunk people I look for poor balance, slurring of words, Dr Jekyll/Mr. Hyde type personalities and the unmistakable odour of alcohol on their breath, never crossed my mind I should have just been looking at their skin colour.
@eevee right?? I'm white as well but when I'm with my boyfriend who's black, the experience with police is SO much different. We got pulled over and the cop immediately asked if he had weed or weapons, and asked my bf to roll down his windows so he could look in the car, among other things. He got a ticket, if I was alone I would've gotten off with a warning without all the hassles and insinuations. It's really sad that people don't realize how real these experiences are, and cops (and so many other people/professionals) do hold biases and prejudices.
In Australia, 2:45pm is a perfectly acceptable time to get drunk 😅 A 'Sunday Sesh' is drinking of an afternoon on a Sunday. Some pubs even promote this and have bands playing.
@9:33 "If the sober person is still in there, which I think they are......" Yeah. Cody. We just watched the guy voted off prove he's drunk lol. You'll get 'em next time champ!
5:36 I think you also have to remember Americans drink a lot less than British people so that's probably why he sounded so articulate because he can handle his drink better as British people are more used it.
@@frontonarnar3954 drinking age UK 18 drinking age US 21... 3 years extra and drinking in the UK starts when your 15 for most people in the UK, so even US fake ID's won't make up the difference.
@@frontonarnar3954 it's pretty well documented, us Brits drink more than you Americans. Speak to any Brit, and they've probably been drinking since they were 14/15, sure alcopops but that is the gateway. By the time we hit 18, that's spirits whilst you're just starting on beers. Not to mention we get a headstart on legal drinking as we are able to legally purchase alcohol from the age of 18, just in time for the crazy time that is university, where peer pressure, a breakout environment and stress lead many to excessive drinking. There's been few if any peer reviewed studies based on this, so you only have "journalism" to go by, the sanfran examiner has an article that details 40% of UK students are classified as hazardous drinkers Vs 26% of Americans.
