Decrease fast food intake!!!! Buy & eat more fruits & vegetables!! Cut down or cut out sodas! Eat lean meats! Bake broil or grill! Cut down on fried foods ! Eat smaller portions as well! Fill up on what he said!!!!! Watermelon, celery ,bone broth, carrots etc! You can loose weight if you steer away from Junk foods & fewer desserts!!! I used to make PB&J on 2 slices of bread! I now take one slice of bread & put half (natural Jif creamy) peanut-butter half jelly & fold it! Trying to eat less in moderation in some foods! Peanut butter can stop you up! I had to switch to a natural more creamy type & eat less of it! In my 50’s now! Things have changed! My body desires healthier & smaller amounts of food! As you get older you need to be aware consumption of food can make you too big if you don’t control your intake!!!!!

Watermelon is an extra plus b/c it also contains Citrulline. (An amino acid that aids with increased blood flow, lowering high BP, & enhancing physical performance)

Don't remove the saturated fats its your best healthy fats. The unhealthy fats are omega 6 fats, trans fats and said oils. Butter and I mean organic grass fed butter is one best to and omega three from organic non farmed fish 🐟

You can buy bone broth in a box I but the simply organic bone broth from krogers. It fills you up and has 10 grams of protein in it. You can heat it up and sip on it or sometimes I steam some veggies and just put the bone broth in it.

I think the purpose is the bones. That’s why it’s called bone broth. I would prefer a vegetable broth as well.

I hope you will address the fact that bone broth needs to be skimmed of the fat. I disagree with watermelon. Watermelon is extremely high in sugar….that is eventually carbs there.

This is a great video! Luckily, I already eat a few of these every week. Question though, I have been making watermelon juice for the last three weeks and I've seen my weight drop. What I do is blend the watermelon, strain it and squeeze 4-5 lemons into it. I really like it, but am I losing out on the fiber by doing this? I did this to help me give up grape juice and soda which were serious addictions of mine. So I drink this when I dont want to just drink water all day every day.

@@trinimom7686 No, I drink it with my meal. It has really helped me give up juice. But I find that it's really filling as well. I could have two cups, some nuts and granola and feel satisfied for a couple of hours.

@@trinimom7686 Yes, the weight loss journey is difficult. You start, success, fall off the wagon and have to start from scratch. It takes some time to maintain better habits over the long term. Keep at it! I'm determined to this time as well. And yes, I found Brian randomly and subscribed after the first video. He does seem very sincere and very knowledgeable. And his tips make sense and are very doable. Best wishes!

@@trinimom7686 And yes, snacking was a serious problem for me as well! Right now I snack on a few almonds and granola and drink alot of water to keep me full between meals. It's tough tho! But whenever I cheat, I just chalk that day up and start again the next day. Look at every day as a new day to get it right. Don't dwell on what happened the day before. If you overate or cheated on Monday, then limit calories on Tuesdays, do an extra 10-15 min workout on Tues. Point is, don't dwell on your failures because it is so easy to get stuck there and completely give up.
