So far I’ve done 3 days of this exercise and I can’t believe it. My stomach already looks way flatter. But remember that different exercises suit different bodies, so this one may not suit you but it DEFINITELY suits me. However,my waist size is not that different yet. Good luck

No because it actually works, to all those bigger people who are looking through the comments to see if it actually works, and not knowing if it does because there’s some people on here who weigh almost nothing compared to us. And they’re like Oh my God, it actually worked. I just wanna say I am 166 pound teenager. I have most of my weight in my thighs and stomach. I’ve been doing this for about a week now I do it twice a day sometimes more and I double each exercise anyways I just wanted to say that it does actually work if you’re committed to it and you don’t eat as much I’ve also been drinking green tea which I find helps anyways I’ve lost about 6 pounds already in this first week and I’ve gotten my aunt and my grandma‘s telling me that I’ve lost weight so it definitely works so if you committed to it and you were on diet it will most likely work
So I’ve been doing this for like 3 days and it takes away the bloating and I can tell that I look slimmer. Okay, so I’ve done this for about 4 days and here’s what I’ve seen. Day 1: it was hard, but felt good. Day 2: saw some progress. Day 3: my stomach got smaller. Day 4: it’s getting easier. (I got fast results, because I’ve been running.) Also decided to do this 4 days in, because I wanted to give you guys some motivation from my results! I know it can be difficult, but just be consistent. I’ll keep updating. Day 5: my waist got smaller, and you can tell Day 6: it’s a lot easier, so I try doing more to make it a bit challenging.
when you say you’ve been running how long do you run and do you do it everyday or? just asking so i can try to get around the same results as you’ve been getting
@@an.s1ey Well, I run 2-5 miles depending on how I’m feeling. You can start off by walking & running. Also, you just have to be consistent. Sometimes you may lose motivation, but just think about your results. Drink a lot of water, eat protein bars. Are you planning on lifting weights?

So I'd say that this workout was very useful but would definitely be good to do while dieting. I lost abt 7 lbs this month doing it and I didn't diet or anything but it did make my stomach a lot tighter and smaller so I'd recommend this exercise to anyone wnating to lose their stomach fat quickly :)

as someone who isnt fat, but certainly isnt skinny, my core was fine for the first excersise but the rest i felt like dying. this was the first day ive done this and i hope i can see a difference soon. i understand that it will take some time but reading up on the comments has made me feel as if i can rely on this workout. i do hope i can be atleast a little bit slimmer for holiday, i will be so happy. if youre someone that has a weak core, prepare to cry.

Hey y’all I have 9 days before vacation so I’m going to be doing this workout 3 times a day (after every meal) to try to get a slimmer stomach! Ps. I’m doing the Lucy Wyndham-Red 7 minutes workout after each one aswell. Along with a 22 minutes cardio and a jog around my neighborhood each morning. Plus eating healthy ofc. I also heard sucking in for 1 minute helps reduce stomach fat so I’ll try that too. It’s time to get in shape guys! I believe in you! ______________________________________________ Day 1: Really felt the burn. I’m SUPER out of shape but I see a slight difference on the waist. doing this everyday for two weeks to see if it works! (145lbs) Day 1- I did it earlier today and it was pretty easy so I did it a few hours later when I had some free time Day 2- I didn’t wanna do it but I pushed through and did it! Day 3- it felt easier and I was more motivated, I still felt sore because I did some weight lifting along with it Day 4-I almost forgot to mark it but I did it a lot easier, the leg drops didn’t hurt as much the flutter kicks still burned but the rest felt tolerable (mid week weigh in- 143.8lbs) Day 5- it keeps getting easier and easier! I’m gonna do it again later + another exercise Day 6- I did it a few minutes ago then did another exercise in between and I’m gonna do this one again plus the other one again Day 7- I got my period today so I didn’t feel like doing it but I’ll keep going next week (Weigh in- 143.4) Day 8- I did it once and it felt really easy! Day 9- it hurt bc I have a bruise on my hip but either way felt easy Day 10- Day 11- Day 12- Day 13- Day 14- (Final results and if I’ll keep doing it)

I wanted to glow up before school and have been doing some of these workouts everyday (meaning multiple videos everyday from robertas gym) for 3 weeks and have lost 4.5kg (9.9lbs) definitely recommend for the start of your workout life! :)

Hey don’t do this type of workouts try Lilly sabri HER WORKOUTS ARE LIKE WOW U FEEL THE BURN HIT U SO BAD and THE best part is that it will all be worth doing because ur losing so much belly fat/weight I did her workouts and they work u just have to eat healthy try not to eat to fast food but yea!! Try Lilly sabri !! Also the workouts I do is a vacuum workout for a small waist and a lily sabri one so that lily sabri on is a five minute burn belly fat one so u should try it .

Begins: (January 15) Ends: (February 15) Let’s see the changes ❤ Day 1: Challenge 1: passed. felt it in my lower back, in my glutes ^^ challenge 2: felt it in my knees/legs, felt really good, and got my blood moving. Challenge 3: Felt it in my back again. Probably one of the easiest ones. Challenge 4: Legs kept lifting up off the ground and I kept slamming myself onto the ground. 😢 didn’t feel much. So, I've been doing this everyday for a little more than a week, and I take pics every day of my waist and i see a significance difference! It depends what mood I'm in to determine whether I do one in the morning and one at night or just one, so I couldn't tell you exactly how may times a day I do it, but 1 or 2. Ok I’m gonna be one of those people who does this but I will show my progress. I just want to help so if you have comments or questions feel free to tell me/ask me. Day 1: My abs feel pretty sore, but it feels like I did something which I like! Day 2: My abs are burning after this workout but that’s great! I feel like changes are coming! Day 3: the workout is getting a bit easier and I am seeing slight changes! Day 4: The work is still getting easier and I’m get a bit of some changes. Day 5: I’m getting better at the workout and I’m seeing some small results! Day 6: The results may take another week but there definitely are some small ones! Day 7: I will say I was expecting more results but I will do it for another week. There are minor changes but I wasn’t to see major changes 💪 Day 8: Getting much easier! I can do this!
Sanjana Muhudugama Hi! So I do not have a diet because they can be very bad for you. I believe everyone should have a balanced life which means not eliminating junk food but rather eating it occasionally. I definitely try to eat healthy but being balanced mean you can have a treat. If you eat a donut for breakfast maybe have a salad and sandwich for lunch. Or just treat yourself! Food is food! What reall matters is being healthy and enjoying life ☺️

It was a bit challenging. Day 2: ✅ I really was sore from yesterday, it hurt to do, more than yesterday. Day 3: ❌ I didn’t get to do it 😭 Day 4: I had ballet so I didn’t do it… but ballet is a workout to me . I know I’m disappointing myself too. I’ll try to do it tomorrow Day 5: ✅ yes I did it!!! I even did some of the steps extra so I got in some extra amounts of leg flutters! It was very tiring though. Day: 6✅ it was so hard wow. Day: 7 ✅ it got easier surprisingly, it’s still hard but I’m getting there Day: 8 ✅ gonna be honest I see no difference 🥹🥲 Day: 9 ✅ no difference again. Day: 10 ✅
I’ve been at this for three days straight now and I’ve dropped 5 pounds! I can see a change in my stomach and it looks flatter, I have my family members telling me I look smaller too! For anyone asking yes I have been changing my diet but not too crazy, just haven’t been snacking on junk and I’ve been drinking water only!
Same here and i might have more time cause we might get fall zoom classes but I still wanna get rid of my double chin even if we have fall zoom classes

I have done this for like 4 days last week and from day 3 i have went from 88.8cm / 34.5inches to 86cm on the third day then took a rest for four days and went back to doing it yesterday and now i wake up with a 81cm 32inches lower belly and im going to continue doing it
Starting this for school for a week I will try and update every day. Weight: 171.3 Day 1: Completed. Felt it in my stomach a lot Day 2: Completed. Felt more tiring then the last - current Weight: 171.2 Day 3: Completed. I have been feeling it in my stomach a lot still, very happy with progress - current Weight: 170.7 Day 4: Completed. Made exercise faster, felt it a lot then - current Weight: 170.6 Day 5: Resting Day. Camping for the next 3-4 days so I can not see what my current weight is Day 6: Completed. Did it way faster and really felt it on my sides Day 7: Resting Day. Way too late for my workout and did not have time.
Doing this for 3 weeks! (I forgot to comment day 1!) Day 1: I did the workout, I didn’t get sore but I felt good after! Day 2: My stomach felt tight! (I forgot to do this for 2 weeks, I did the workout but forgot to comment. helped me loose 5 pounds in 1/5 weeks!)
Hey guys I’ve been doing this for 8 days and wow I mean I lost so much tummy fat I used to look pregnant but it was just fat it kind of looked like a small watermelon like those tiny ones and if you want to loose weight before school like I am I really really recommend this I hope you read this because I’m a teen girl and I know we all need motivation! So this does really work not a lie :) Edit: it’s been over a month and I love this exercise

@@RobertasGym yes Tysm I’m going to be doing this exercise for 4 more weeks to see results but then I’m still going to be doing this every day after school but on Saturday and Sunday I’ll probably take a break but so far I’m not stopping I’m doing this until I see more and more results

doing this once a day after school +some dancing for cardio! waist - 29.5 in upper stomach - 33 in lower stomach - 34 in day 1: definitely hard and felt the burn i am so exhausted but i know it’ll be worth it in the end!! day 2: sorry for not updating yesterday i was super busy but i did it today and it definitely still burns and my posture isn’t the best but i can kinda already see a difference and i can definitely feel a difference! will come back tmr !!! day 3: today was sm better than the first 2 days! felt much better and i’m actually seeing some little results can’t wait to measure at the end of day 7!! day 4: my abs definitely hurt but most exercises are getting easier :) i’m gonna try to start doing this everyday instead of every other day to see results faster but i think my waist has gotten abt a half inch smaller alr!! day 5: i know i said i was going to try and do this every day but i’ve been so busy with school sorry!! but anyways today felt much better time went by so fast and i enjoyed this exercise see y’all on day 6!! day 6: day 7:
