I wanna feel better about myself so I'm gonna try to do this workout everyday and keep you guys updated. So far I’ve done 3 days of this exercise and I can’t believe it. My stomach already looks way flatter. But remember that different exercises suit different bodies, so this one may not suit you but it DEFINITELY suits me. However,my waist size is not that different yet. Good luck

minni cute i ate my normal diet but i have been doing intermediate fasting for months now, where i only eat between the times of 11 and 7. but i have skipped it somedays & it didnt seem to do anything

No because it actually works, to all those bigger people who are looking through the comments to see if it actually works, and not knowing if it does because there’s some people on here who weigh almost nothing compared to us. And they’re like Oh my God, it actually worked. I just wanna say I am 166 pound teenager. I have most of my weight in my thighs and stomach. I’ve been doing this for about a week now I do it twice a day sometimes more and I double each exercise anyways I just wanted to say that it does actually work if you’re committed to it and you don’t eat as much I’ve also been drinking green tea which I find helps anyways I’ve lost about 6 pounds already in this first week and I’ve gotten my aunt and my grandma‘s telling me that I’ve lost weight so it definitely works so if you committed to it and you were on diet it will most likely work

So I’ve been doing this for like 3 days and it takes away the bloating and I can tell that I look slimmer. I love this workout because it is fast, not too difficult but definitely burns, and leaves me feeling better afterwards Edit: uhh so I missed one or two days mb homieeee I’ll start again tomorrow

Okay, so I’ve done this for about 4 days and here’s what I’ve seen. Day 1: it was hard, but felt good. Day 2: saw some progress. Day 3: my stomach got smaller. Day 4: it’s getting easier. (I got fast results, because I’ve been running.) Also decided to do this 4 days in, because I wanted to give you guys some motivation from my results! I know it can be difficult, but just be consistent. I’ll keep updating. Day 5: my waist got smaller, and you can tell Day 6: it’s a lot easier, so I try doing more to make it a bit challenging.

@@an.s1ey Well, I run 2-5 miles depending on how I’m feeling. You can start off by walking & running. Also, you just have to be consistent. Sometimes you may lose motivation, but just think about your results. Drink a lot of water, eat protein bars. Are you planning on lifting weights?

Going to do this for a month and update everyday to stay motivated :) Day 1: stomach is pretty sore and obviously no results but will keep grinding💪 Day 2: complete and a bit sore :) Day 3: Got busy decorating but went roller skating for hours🤷‍♀️ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: my stomach is definitely getting smaller and I’ve lost a pound :) Day 7: Week one done🎉 (made up for the day I missed by doing it twice today) Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: Was feeling super unmotivated today but did it anyways😅 Day 14: skipped cause I was too tired lol Day 15: ✅ Day 16: skipped😅 Day 17: skipped againn Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Day 20: ✅ Day 21: skipped Day 22: ✅ Day 23: ughh skipped again I hate myself for that Day 24: did the workout twice to make up for what I missed! Day 25: ✅ Day 26: ✅ Day 27: skipped Day 28: skipped because I was studying for midterms😖 Day 29: ✅ Day 30: ✅ Day 31: last dwy of updating woohoo! So I'd say that this workout was very useful but would definitely be good to do while dieting. I lost abt 7 lbs this month doing it and I didn't diet or anything but it did make my stomach a lot tighter and smaller so I'd recommend this exercise to anyone wnating to lose their stomach fat quickly :)

as someone who isnt fat, but certainly isnt skinny, my core was fine for the first excersise but the rest i felt like dying. this was the first day ive done this and i hope i can see a difference soon. i understand that it will take some time but reading up on the comments has made me feel as if i can rely on this workout. i do hope i can be atleast a little bit slimmer for holiday, i will be so happy. if youre someone that has a weak core, prepare to cry.

Hey y’all I have 9 days before vacation so I’m going to be doing this workout 3 times a day (after every meal) to try to get a slimmer stomach! Ps. I’m doing the Lucy Wyndham-Red 7 minutes workout after each one aswell. Along with a 22 minutes cardio and a jog around my neighborhood each morning. Plus eating healthy ofc. I also heard sucking in for 1 minute helps reduce stomach fat so I’ll try that too. It’s time to get in shape guys! I believe in you! ______________________________________________ Day 1: Really felt the burn. I’m SUPER out of shape but I see a slight difference on the waist. Day 2: felt slightly easier. still very hard. Day 3: noticeable difference in the waist. Lost 1.3lb Day 4: tomorrow

I was 65 kg before and now maintaining 55kg with healthy diet and 30 mins exercise daily. Seeing this video of yours inspired me to tone my belly and thighs since I have a huge butt and legs. Hoping to reach my ideal weight of 48 kg. Still a long way! thank you so much for this video. 😘

I'll be doing this for 3 weeks i'll keep update Week 1 Day 1: stomach hurts Day 2: can't sit properly cause stomach is so sore Day 3 to Day 8 i think: sorry if i didnt update because i was at my grandma's and didn't have the time. Ok so back at what happened. I got a little used to it and my legs got slimmer my pants doesnt fit me anymore Day 9-14: Ok so... I completed it, but didn't ge to update due to the coronavirus happening but here are some things that changed I can see my legs are totally slimmer than before. My abs are now small that I got my dream bod Btw: Keep safe everyone!

doing this 2 times until next tuesday. day 1: was pretty good and felt the burn day 2:i saw some results! day 3:i saw me losing some day 4:it felt pretty good to do day 5: i see my stomach toned and it looks different day 6: felt the burn again day 7: felt the burn and my stomach got a little smaller

I’ve done this for 3 days now Day 1: looks the same, gotten a bit flatter Day 2: flattened a bit and I felt the burn! Day 3: starting to burn but gotten used to it! I’ll edit it for tmrw❤ Okay so Day 4: is kinda getting better! Day 5: it burns so much but I need to keep going! Day 6: break day! :3 I’ll edit next week!^^

Hi girls, I have two children and I like to be a good looking mother. Unfortunately, I don't have time to go to the gym, but in the evening after the children go to sleep, I do sports. doing this everyday for two weeks to see if it works! (145lbs) Day 1- I did it earlier today and it was pretty easy so I did it a few hours later when I had some free time Day 2- I didn’t wanna do it but I pushed through and did it! Day 3- it felt easier and I was more motivated, I still felt sore because I did some weight lifting along with it Day 4-I almost forgot to mark it but I did it a lot easier, the leg drops didn’t hurt as much the flutter kicks still burned but the rest felt tolerable (mid week weigh in- 143.8lbs) Day 5- it keeps getting easier and easier! I’m gonna do it again later + another exercise Day 6- I did it a few minutes ago then did another exercise in between and I’m gonna do this one again plus the other one again Day 7- I got my period today so I didn’t feel like doing it but I’ll keep going next week (Weigh in- 143.4) Day 8- I did it once and it felt really easy! Day 9- it hurt bc I have a bruise on my hip but either way felt easy Day 10- Day 11- Day 12- Day 13- Day 14- (Final results and if I’ll keep doing it)

im gonna update you daily guys, im planning to do this workout 2 weeks :) day 1(19.07):✅ did it, it was kinda hard but not so much. my stomach and legs burning rn but its okay!! day 2(20.07):✅ did it, it was soo much more hard than first day, my stomach and legs burning more and i couldn't do the last two exercises. second exercise killed me today ngl😭 day 3(21.07):✅ did it!! was so so much better than yesterdayy, i did exercises even on the rest time and i feel so good and motivated!! day 4(22.07):✅ did it :) wasn't so much hard, and i dont know if im imagining or something, but i think my stomach kinda became flatter, we'll see!! i feel so much motivated :)) day 5(23.07):✅ day 6(24.07):✅ day 7(25.07): rest day :) day 8(26.07):✅ day 9(27.07):rest day day 10(28.07):rest day day 11(29.07):✅ btw i kinda see difference on my body🥰🥰 day 12: . day 13: . day 14: . day 15: . day 16: did it, i feel so bad for skipping workouts these days, i wasnt so much motivated

Hey don’t do this type of workouts try Lilly sabri HER WORKOUTS ARE LIKE WOW U FEEL THE BURN HIT U SO BAD and THE best part is that it will all be worth doing because ur losing so much belly fat/weight I did her workouts and they work u just have to eat healthy try not to eat to fast food but yea!! Try Lilly sabri !! Also the workouts I do is a vacuum workout for a small waist and a lily sabri one so that lily sabri on is a five minute burn belly fat one so u should try it .

@@slqe-k9v Honestly I find that the exercise has refined my stomach more. My waist has not refined that much but after several weeks I think you will be able to see real results :)After 2 weeks you will notice that your waist is slimmer

Begins: (January 15) Ends: (February 15) Let’s see the changes ❤ Day 1: Challenge 1: passed. felt it in my lower back, in my glutes ^^ challenge 2: felt it in my knees/legs, felt really good, and got my blood moving. Challenge 3: Felt it in my back again. Probably one of the easiest ones. Challenge 4: Legs kept lifting up off the ground and I kept slamming myself onto the ground. 😢 didn’t feel much. Challenge 5: tight legs. Really starting to burn. 🔥 challenge 6: felt nice. No changes just yet, see you tomorrow! ✨ (Reminders deeply appreciated! I have bad memory 😅) Edit: school work has been getting to me a lot, and I’ve never had the chance to try this out but only three times. I’m planning on trying this again from the beginning of June to the end of school (23rd) wish me luck. ❤

Doing 3 sets for a WEEK! Day 1- 💜 I was able to do it and I could feel the burn. Obviously. But it felt good and my stomach is already quite small but I want it smaller 😂. I can't wait for tomorrow! Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7

So, I've been doing this everyday for a little more than a week, and I take pics every day of my waist and i see a significance difference! It depends what mood I'm in to determine whether I do one in the morning and one at night or just one, so I couldn't tell you exactly how may times a day I do it, but 1 or 2. I have tried many workouts, and this one is by far the best!! Thank you Roberta's Gym!

Ok I’m gonna be one of those people who does this but I will show my progress. I just want to help so if you have comments or questions feel free to tell me/ask me. Day 1: My abs feel pretty sore, but it feels like I did something which I like! Day 2: My abs are burning after this workout but that’s great! I feel like changes are coming! Day 3: the workout is getting a bit easier and I am seeing slight changes! Day 4: The work is still getting easier and I’m get a bit of some changes. Day 5: I’m getting better at the workout and I’m seeing some small results! Day 6: The results may take another week but there definitely are some small ones! Day 7: I will say I was expecting more results but I will do it for another week. There are minor changes but I wasn’t to see major changes 💪 Day 8: Getting much easier! I can do this!

Sanjana Muhudugama Hi! So I do not have a diet because they can be very bad for you. I believe everyone should have a balanced life which means not eliminating junk food but rather eating it occasionally. I definitely try to eat healthy but being balanced mean you can have a treat. If you eat a donut for breakfast maybe have a salad and sandwich for lunch. Or just treat yourself! Food is food! What reall matters is being healthy and enjoying life ☺️

Ok here’s my documentation. My goal is to become a bit slimmer and maybe Gain some definition in my abs? Day 1: ✅ I did it and my stomach was burning at the end with those flutter kicks! It was a bit challenging. Day 2: ✅ I really was sore from yesterday, it hurt to do, more than yesterday. Day 3: ❌ I didn’t get to do it 😭 Day 4: I had ballet so I didn’t do it… but ballet is a workout to me . I know I’m disappointing myself too. I’ll try to do it tomorrow Day 5: ✅ yes I did it!!! I even did some of the steps extra so I got in some extra amounts of leg flutters! It was very tiring though. Day: 6✅ it was so hard wow. Day: 7 ✅ it got easier surprisingly, it’s still hard but I’m getting there Day: 8 ✅ gonna be honest I see no difference 🥹🥲 Day: 9 ✅ no difference again. Day: 10 ✅

I’ve been at this for three days straight now and I’ve dropped 5 pounds! I can see a change in my stomach and it looks flatter, I have my family members telling me I look smaller too! For anyone asking yes I have been changing my diet but not too crazy, just haven’t been snacking on junk and I’ve been drinking water only!

I have done this for like 4 days last week and from day 3 i have went from 88.8cm / 34.5inches to 86cm on the third day then took a rest for four days and went back to doing it yesterday and now i wake up with a 81cm 32inches lower belly and im going to continue doing it

Starting this for school for a week I will try and update every day. Weight: 171.3 Day 1: Completed. Felt it in my stomach a lot Day 2: Completed. Felt more tiring then the last - current Weight: 171.2 Day 3: Completed. I have been feeling it in my stomach a lot still, very happy with progress - current Weight: 170.7 Day 4: Completed. Made exercise faster, felt it a lot then - current Weight: 170.6 Day 5: Resting Day. Camping for the next 3-4 days so I can not see what my current weight is Day 6: Completed. Did it way faster and really felt it on my sides Day 7: Resting Day. Way too late for my workout and did not have time.

Hey guys I’ve been doing this for 8 days and wow I mean I lost so much tummy fat I used to look pregnant but it was just fat it kind of looked like a small watermelon like those tiny ones and if you want to loose weight before school like I am I really really recommend this I hope you read this because I’m a teen girl and I know we all need motivation! So this does really work not a lie :) Edit: it’s been over a month and I love this exercise

doing this once a day after school +some dancing for cardio! waist - 29.5 in upper stomach - 33 in lower stomach - 34 in day 1: definitely hard and felt the burn i am so exhausted but i know it’ll be worth it in the end!! day 2: sorry for not updating yesterday i was super busy but i did it today and it definitely still burns and my posture isn’t the best but i can kinda already see a difference and i can definitely feel a difference! will come back tmr !!! day 3: today was sm better than the first 2 days! felt much better and i’m actually seeing some little results can’t wait to measure at the end of day 7!! day 4: my abs definitely hurt but most exercises are getting easier :) i’m gonna try to start doing this everyday instead of every other day to see results faster but i think my waist has gotten abt a half inch smaller alr!! day 5: i know i said i was going to try and do this every day but i’ve been so busy with school sorry!! but anyways today felt much better time went by so fast and i enjoyed this exercise see y’all on day 6!! day 6: day 7:
