I do feel I fully need to disconnect from them in order to heal properly and I learned early on that everytime I checked their media it only brought anxiety. Indefinite no contact may be my only shot since its already been 4 AMD half months.

Mate I’ve been in no contact for 4 months also it’s hard but keep your chin up. It gets hard to imagine how anyone you love can go even a week without contacting you but at the end of the day if it was meant to be it will be. You can only hope they they as well as us are getting to be stronger individuals so if the time ever comes to reunite it will work so much better second time round. My gf broke up with me again because she payed for the apartment when I promised to help however I just started to work for the Federal Government and wont recieved the new paycheck till the 15th of this may. She payed the apartment when I couldnt and told me to pay her back when I get the money I told her ill pay u back on may 15th she said ok. Out of the blue two days ago, she broke up with me through text stating that she cant be with me because of the negative vibe that I showed her(i am opening up about bad things that happened at work so I can have a posotove vibe inside me) and also I was unable to help the rent when I told her I am giving the money I owed her. She texted me that she paying too much and Ill mess her credit up. Hi Adrian. It saddens me to hear this has happened again. Your ex clearly has very little control over her motions right now. You're not left with anything other than to go no contact.And if she comes back again, you have to do the following things. 1)Reject her and show her she can't play with your feelings anymore. 2)give her a taste of her own medicine. She's not answering you now, you can't do it when she comes back. I don't often give advice to fight fire with fire, but your ex has very little respect for you. Unless she sees what it feels like to be rejected and underappreciated, she will never think you deserve better.

Firstclassmusic562, what you did is very immature and unaccessary. What you need to do is first is 1. Unblock her but no contact for a month, let her call you first. 2. Focust on yourself like going to the Gym and go out have fun. 3. Find a hobby and make yourself busy. 4. Date others or have a guys night out. I did this 4 steps and it worked for me. If she didnt contact you for a month just call her and follow up. If she doesnt pick up then keep doing the steps. Dont wait or waste your time on her. Focus on you learn to love yourself. @@Adrianwesker hello Adrian, I never blocked her. She blocked me on almost everything and completely cutt me off without ever speaking to me... I know what I did was horrible. She wanted space but I only gave her a week space then blew up her phone and social media accounts with messages. I even showed up to her house that night to apologize to her in person. I haven't seen her since the last day we agreed to the break. This is my first love and never experienced this before.

I skipped wishing her a happy birthday because it seemed as if she lost respect for me and does not care anymore.. had to find this out by studying her behaviour around me 2months after the breakup. yet she wanted to stay friends which i declined.
