I'm getting too much sun, and not enough iron, I bet. I'll try this, and yes aging does make bruising I noticed on my older pals had it.

I'm experiencing the number 2 right now. I've got allergy hives about a month, and in that period, the doctor gave me dexamethasone (which is corticosteroid) twice. I stopped the medication, and little bruises shows up on my arms and legs. Now I have both hives and bruises 😴

Oh, explains where my hives came from before from food allergies btw. After that hives were gone, some bruisings kicked in, not too horrible but I don’t like it either.

I have severe Allergies - Blister - etc. started 8-16 Intermittent Fasting - within 24-48 hours my redness - Swelling and pain went down by 75%- I never dreamed something like that could make a difference.

Blood donor with IDEAL bloodwork zero deficiencies and optimal vitamin levels still bruise easily.

Since I drive a lot I listen to my videos when I select them and if there's no audio to go with the instruction on the video it's pretty much useless to me

When I’m asleep I ended up having bruises all over my legs and arms it’s happens when I’m asleep waking up with bruises and coughing and nausea and vomiting and I was so confused about why I’m bruised up.

I did check up a few days after I made the comment, but I forgot what the reason was for the bruises since they went away. It could've been anything tho since my skin has always been sensitive.
