Hi Adam, thanks for your videos mate ! Had a little question on this one : how much series and reps for each of those exercices ? I think 3 x 15 for each except for one-hand biceps curl and dips as maybe 3 x 8 would be more appropriate. What do you think ? Thanks again.
Hey there! Personally I think between 8-12 reps practicing perfect technique with full ranges of motion is enough to elicit hypertrophy. Perhaps going to complete failure on the last set (depending on your level): ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kEHMR1YLxYo.html I would attempt that across all the exercises. There's no reason to do less on one than the other. Just lessen the intensity on the harder exercises to achieve the reps.
