Due to fibromyalgia, and diabetes I am transitioning to cleaner products. I have decided to use up what I have and add natural products I am interested in. This works for me. I look at what I can afford. Thank God for Aldi’s and Giant being built in my neighborhood.

Alba I did watch all your videos about cleaning routines and doing laundry. I use mrs Myers and Dr. Brouners but it could be a bit expensive. I am always looking for sales. Like you mentioned it could be a bit overwhelming. I am finding it very hard to stay away from bleach to wash my whites. I am Latina and I have this deep in my roots I feel as if I am not washing my clothes properly. Thanks for the tips about changing makeup gradually. I Love makeup but the toxic load on them is a real problem. Thanks for trying to change the world with these small changes. You truly inspire👍💋

Omggg I have been waiting for this vid forever and I’m so happy to have finally seen it! You are amazing, thank you so much for sharing your tips because I definitely do feel overwhelmed. Being a perfectionist I tend to be an all or nothing type of person but I am realizing that’s not possible in this situation. I will start with food and once I have enough money I will buy the filter. Have already switched to all natural hair and body products 🙌🏽 thank you again ❤️

Great video Alba, I am sure it will help so many. So glad you also spoke about clothing, like you said a lot of it is made of plastics especially if wearing tight clothes to you are essentially wrapped in plastic and sweating or highly pesticide sprayed cotton. Loved this video ;) Would love to see a future video from you diving more into natural/organic makeup. Comparing brands, listening to more of your transition and learning more of where to find these brands. I think theres a lot on the internet about natural foods but when it comes to makeup its not as popular as a topic. I would love to learn about more high quality all natural/organic brands.

I just got a water purification system installed in my house and I feel so much better not using that iffy city water at last! I feel like I can breath easier (or drink easier) now. It's amazing how much you see that is waterlogged with toxins and preservatives which you never even notice before start taking an active look at improving your healthy lifestyle.

I started my sustainable journey a few months ago, and the food part has definitely made the biggest impact. Trying to avoid foods wrapped in plastic, only buying what I'm going to use, and finding a farm to compost food scraps. It feels so good to make better choices that help the planet.

I literally just check the labels on my food and I just don't eat anything that has maltodextrin or corn syrup in it and it eliminates most of my options in the grocery store. Sad. And I'm not even including the organic standard
