Watching JohnJohn saluting his dad’s casket made me cry when he did that and still brings a tear to my eyes today.

You can put a wooden spoon in your spaghetti or macaroni and it won’t boil over but leave the spoon in the water

Mmmm yummy I love me a good baked pasta dish! I've never tried lavender oil for burns, but I have found yellow mustard will do the trick if you are in a pinch!

I was only 3 years old and I remember it vividly! I think it's my very first thing I remembered. It was so tragic and the whole world was in mourning. My momma was ironing in a yellow checked dress when it came on the news! Everyone was then on the phone and going outside to talk to the neighbors and everyone was crying. Church was a mournful event that week also.

Thank you for reminding us of the Kennedy family. Good memories of John and Caroline hanging out with their father in the oval office. Jackie was an excellent First Lady and mother to her children. John did grow up to be quite the heartthrob handsome man. Sorry that his life was cut short. This Sketti pie would be fun for an informal party, like you said with a salad, and maybe ice cream for dessert.♥️

I have the same issue with some of my pot lids so what I do to remind myself that they are hot is to take a paper towel fold in in half then wrap it around the lid handle, it stays there while things are cooking, and I can use it to lift the lid without burning myself. It's been a hot minute since I've made a spaghetti pie, these looked so yummy I may need to change that this weekend.

I love this! Definitely going to make this for my boys, they will love it with a side of chicken parmesan or meatballs.

Aloe Vera works better for burns i put it on once and dont have to keep putting it on like lavender oil

Love Skettie pie, make it often with Italian sausage or use a meat sauce or just plain with meatballs on the side. FYI, one time I thought I had enough ricotta but didn't however I did have some cottage cheese, so I use 1/2 and 1/2 and came out great. Very flexible recipe.

Making this for supper tonight, and I made your coal miners cake for dessert. Can't wait to try them both. God bless you

The lavender works everyone, it has a place very close to my stove just in case. Now Mrs. Gay Kennedy, I would call that spaghetti lasagna. What cookbook are you getting the recipes from, sounds like one I don't have. I actually met a bunch of the Kennedy's a very long time ago, they came into a local airport with Andy Williams (he was a jerk, thought I wanted his autograph and when I told him I did not, he was not happy and tried to give it to me anyway, ) they were on their way to one of our local islands for a vacation, a lot of famous people own homes just across the bay from us and still do, we are very kind to them and treat them like any one else, my husband has done work for many of them. But those poor Kennedy's sure are a family filled with tragedy. You have a good week I have to go make dinner.

So I have not heard you say what your ethnicity is, but my mom and dad were both Irish. My dad was 1/2 but mom was 100%. My mother’s maiden name was Fitzgerald Kennedy. Her mom was Josephine Fitzgerald and Grandpa was James Kennedy.

Hey Ms. Gay ~ You have no sound and the video is tiny. Just thought you would want to know so you could troubleshoot.

We had to stop feeding pellets to the chickens and buy natural oats with other stuff in it.People are having a hard time with pellets. Chickens are not laying like they use too
