hes right, its the 2005 RB1 made to look like the RB5. Its proper name is 'the show car'. it still runs the 3L V10 you can hear the different notes between the RB1 and the V8s that followed
some of the labels could be misleading for people who don't know. 2011 models would not be allowed to run at GFOS as that would count as in-season testing, which is banned
Because there is no any Brawn but the owner and the team was still there Marussia uses Super Aguri 2006 car for auto show in its livery just because they want to, but Brawn is the other story
@McLaren212010 If you wanna be technical, it is the 2005 RB1 built up to look like the current cars. Red bull call it the 'Show car' Still gives an idea of what could of been (less aero V10's =D!!!)
As I haven't heard the older cars and couldn't say, of the current years car, from my experience at the Canadian Grand Prix this year, the Lotus Renault cars were the loudest and most deafening of the 12. Video doesn't give credit to the backfiring and blatting that car produces.
@funkyfresh214 its the redbull show car, its not right to call it an rb5 or an rb6 although rb1 is more wrong just by looking at it. its an odd hybrid of parts from the different cars made to look like the currently racing one (for obvious reasons)
@nicar13578 They use wets so that there is more sideways action and more smoke for the crowds. F1 cars aint allowed to go for Officially timed runs at goodwood anymore so they just lat the drivers go mental =D
No it isnt its a client car you buy it and Renault\Lotus delivers it to a track of your choice it costs £500k but it comes with a team and Jean Alesi, it also appeared in top gear.
O Piloto da LOTUS LAMBORGUINI matou a lagarda, ele tinha um dos mais belos motores uma sinfonia V12 ele me arranca igual uma velha errando marcha e tal... fala serio. Mas no mais o video é muito bom.
