Strength training is important to acheive the toned body we all need and its essential for people during weight loss phase because it prevents loose skin and also preserves the muscle mass combined with proper nutrition. In this beginner friendly workout, we hit all the major muscle groups in the legs, core,shoulders, arms and chest.

All the exercises should be performed 1-3 sets with 10-12 counts each set and upto 30 seconds of rest in between.
