Great insight! In Australia, we have very similar BS offering! We're fascinated about how different country sales solar.

Solar sales guy got me to sign a document that i was told was simply permission to initiate cad design and permits and low and behold there was the 3 days to cancel fine print. He also assured me over and over I could cancel up until installation but the three day clause in the doc he didn’t mention freaked me out. As soon as I realized he negated to inform me of that clause, I canceled. Our Attorny General in RI is suing this solar company for many of these deceptive tactics. Hard to trust any of them, my plan now is I’m going DIY with kit and design from somewhere (research to be done) and buying cash.

Salesman tried, i am not selling equipment, i am selling you money. Boss will give $6k if you sign today. His spiel, other salespeople want to know what you monthly payment at and i don't do that. Here are your options for monthly payments. Took a while to get the actual price.

Yeah its pretty bad, we got a offer from a solar company for 35k cash price, then the finance offer was originally 35k at 5% APR. They did a soft credit check and the deal came back 50k at 5%! Major trust issues after that
